The garage is reserved for the owners and unavailable for guests, the rest of the property is available for your enjoyment.
Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras and an noise level monitor. The cameras are outward and do not look to any interior space and may record video and sound. The noise level monitor detects loud noises for prolonged periods and may alert the Host.
No Pets allowed, the homeowners have pet allergies, any/all service animals must be pre-approved.
Fires are allowed only in the dedicated fire pit, no open/bonfires. The fireplace in the living room is purely decorative and non-functional.

The farm house is located off the highway on well-maintained dirt roads. Any vehicle should be able to access the home without a problem - just may get a little dusty! There is a gate that is normally left closed, but not locked, that you will open when you arrive. the Home is secured by a digital lock, where you will be provided with a unique code for your stay.

There are four bedrooms for guests to enjoy. The primary has a king bed, big screen tv, and an ensuite bathroom with spacious step-in shower. Bedrooms 2-3 have king beds with spacious closets. Bedroom 4 has a queen bed. Bedrooms 2-4 share a second full bathroom. Laundry room with washer and dryer inside, easily accessible.
