Summary:
My Downtown San Diego East Village Rowhome is exceptionally well located relative to Gaslamp, convention center, Little Italy, Marina and many businesses. The home consists of 2,000 square feet on three levels, with a private, single car garage. It is modern, well furnished with large living room, dining area and nice kitchen.
Ideal for a family, or unrelated persons attending a conference.
The Space:
This is the perfect Covid-isolated home for those who want to stay in the city. The rowhome is part of a small, partial downtown block project, consisting of two rows, with a mews in the middle. It is fully secured by electronic gates for auto and pedestrian use.
Guest Access:
The entire interior home is accessible except a locked pantry, some drawers and cabinets. There is a third floor balcony available for your use, but the balcony with the hot tub is off limits. The stairs to the roof are blocked off, as well
The Neighborhood:
The Gaslamp District is just a few blocks away. The Convention center, Marina District and Little Italy and business districts are all well within walking distance. East Village is a rapidly developing neighborhood with many nearby coffee shops, restaurants and entertainment venues.
Getting Around:
My home is unique because you will have use of the one car, private garage. Urban transportation is abundant including Trolley, bus and, of course Uber and Lyft. Scooters are available for rent right outside my house.

I am local and fully available/on call during your stay. I will respond immediately if anything is wrong, or if you have questions.
