The separate entrance with a keypad entry lock means you can come and go as you please. And for added security, the property is surrounded by a sturdy wooden fence with an entryway gate.
Enjoy the entire upper apartment to yourself, but please be respectful of other guests and observe the quiet hours from 11 pm to 8 am.
