The space
The main floor:
- Kitchen
- living room w/TV and electric fireplace

- one bedroom with a queen bed and TV
- one bedroom with a queen bed, TV and its own bathroom with a walk in shower.
Downstairs/lower level:
- living room with gas fireplace
- full bathroom- tub/shower
- 2 bedrooms both with queen beds
- laundry room
- office with printer
Both the main and lower level have their own entrances too, and are joined together inside by 9 steps.
Supplies - Coffee, toilet paper, laundry detergent and alike items. We provide an amount we feel is adequate for your stay. If you happen to run out of any of these items, it is your responsibility to purchase.
Trash - House trash when full, must be placed inside our commercial trash can which is located on the side of the garage that is facing the sand box. You will see a door with a handle, open this door and you will find the trash bin. This bin is picked up by the city every Thursday morning around 9am. Therefore it must be brought down to the end of the driveway on Thursday morning by 9am. Please do not bring it down the night before as it will attract bears and you will be left with a mess to cleanup.
Do NOT leave filled trash bags outside, ever. Doing so will attract all types of animals to our home and we do not want that. Please don't leave filled trashed bags in the kitchen on the floor either.
There is a zero tolerance policy for loose trash or food found outside of trash bags and an additional cleaning fee of $200 will apply if left that way.
Misc - If you take out games, please put them away. If you take out anything, please put it back. Please don't rearrange the furniture. If any of the above is to be found once you have departed you will be charged an additional $100.
