Additional Details:
No Pets & No Smoking – Thank you for respecting my home. 30-Day Minimum Stay (Flexible) – Reach out if you need a few days less.
Other Details to Note:
Yard Maintenance: Landscapers will take care of the yard as needed. I have a newly planted Clover back yard. Clover is healthier for the planet, and doesn't need any pesticides. My backyard is Pesticide-free; I put in the mulch last summer also, and while it's not as `pretty', it works! It's super healthy for the plants!
Trash & Recycling: Garbage pickup is every Monday, and recycling is every other Monday—check the neighbors to see if it's a one-can or two-can day!
House Information:
A white binder in the living room contains details about the home, local festivals, restaurants, and more. There's always something happening in Reno! Scan the card on the fridge for up-to-date events.
Friendly Neighbors: I have wonderful neighbors on both sides—feel free to say hi!
Nearby Grocery Stores:
Raley’s is less than a mile away on Mayberry (a bit pricier but very convenient).
For more options, head up to McCarran Blvd—take a right to find Ross, Safeway, and more. McCarran is your gateway to almost anywhere in Reno!
Trains: We are near the train tracks, and you may hear them if you are sensitive to noise. Earplugs can help.
Birdwatching: If you enjoy feeding the birds, you're welcome to! Birdseed is in the garage on the right side.
House Cleaning Option: If you’d like a house cleaner during your stay, let me know! I will text the cleaners ph number.
Respect My Home: This is my forever home—please treat it with care.

I love being an Airbnb host and meeting my guests.
I've been a Superhost since 2015! (Seattle and Nevada).
I will keep Superhost status by ensuring you have a wonderful experience in my condos and my home here in Reno! I look forward to meeting you and hosting you!
I grew up in WA state, 24 years in Alaska and now Nevada. I had a horse for many years.
Fun fact: Nevada has the majority of wild horse of all the states!

Why they chose this property
This location is GREAT, and is in a great neighborhood.
This home is on a small quiet cute de sac - very few cars drive by.

Great for those who prefer being just outside of downtown- but close! You can bike, walk, or scooter to downtown!
Bicycle, kayak, and snowshoes available to use.
MANY trails! Bike, walk, jog from home. Best location in Reno!
I have great neighbors on both sides - feel free to say hi.
A Raleys grocery store is down Mayberry less than a mile away. It's more expensive, but super convenient.
Other stores are on N Mccarran, and literally brings you to just about anywhere you want to Reno within minutes.
This location is AWESOME.
We are close to the trains, and they sometimes make a little noise when passing by so having earplugs will definitely help with a peaceful sleep.
