🏔️ You will love this FANTASTIC LOCATION!!!
16 Miles to Yosemite's South Gate, 8 Miles to Bass Lake, 3 Miles to the heart of Oakhurst.
🍷 ☕️ You are sure to love a cup of coffee or a glass of wine on the deck listening to the creek and taking in the mountain view.
🦌 Stay long enough and you'll see plenty of wildlife.
🎁 You will be welcomed by a gift basket and a bottle of wine to this modern studio with a full kitchen.
🧴 You will be spoiled with spa quality soaps and linens.

📞 We respect your privacy but are only a message or a phone call away if you need anything.

This private studio is located over a locked garage that is used for storage. This guesthouse is on the same large property as the main house but very private, you will also have your own driveway and parking area.

🛌 This space is most comfortable for 2 people however we do have a small futon that can sleep small children.
🪨 You are welcome to walk down and check out the beautiful creek at your own risk.
🏠 There are steps leading to the studio. Inside you will find a spacious area equipped with a full bathroom, kitchen, & Washer/Dryer.
🐶 If you are traveling with a pet you're welcome to walk them around outside on a leash. If you would like to bring more than one dog please message me.

‼️ 🚬 There is NO smoking or vaping in or around the premises!
🐕We welcome one small pet with a pet fee, please add to the guest count (message if you would like to bring more than one) No pets on the furniture & keep them on a leash outside.
‼️We do not tolerate over-occupying!
