Enjoy your vacation in a luxury, gulf view condo located at the fabulous Amalfi Coast Resort. Everything you need for a perfect vacation is here plus you'll be surrounded by all the accoutrements such as polished travertine floors, crown molding, indoor shutters, luxury linens, high end furniture and even original art. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. The appliances are stainless steel, and the countertop is Silestone. The romantic master bedroom suite features a king size beautiful four poster bed with a new high-top mattress and matching mirrored dresser and nightstands. There is a large closet offering plenty of space for your beach vacation wardrobe. The master bath makes you feel like royalty with the travertine tub and shower surround as well as the designer faucet and mirror. In the living room you will find custom furniture, a 50-inch flat screen Samsung HDTV, original art and unique designer accessories. The décor is classy beach. For dining in you have the option of the beautiful breakfast bar or the round dining table with an inlaid slate top. The kitchen features Samsung and whirlpool stainless steel appliances and everything the chef in the family needs to prepare meals in. There is a wonderful, covered patio with tables and chairs for you to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine. There are two bunks in the hall, a new pull our queen size sleeper sofa and a roll away twin bed for the extra guests or the little ones. It all adds up to the perfect beach vacation with all the amenities.
The resort amenities are one of a kind in the area. Sitting on eight meticulously landscaped acres Amalfi Coast Resort includes two swimming pools (one heated seasonally), a lovely lake with a walking bridge and fountain. The fountain lights up at night in beautiful colors. There are lighted tennis courts, BBQ grills with prep tables, and picnic tables, and even a firepit. This is, of course, a gated community and assigned covered parking spaces are available for our guests. Welcome to Paradise.
Our beach access is completely upgraded to include showers, bathrooms, and handicap ramps. It is brand new and beautiful.

The name of this place says it all. Could not be a better location. So close to the beach and so much more. We walked to coffee, breakfast, shopping, dinner, and the beach. Everything was wonderful!

The location is right across the beach. You can go for an early morning or evening walk and don’t have to worry about parking a car.There is a pond in the Resort with Koi fish and some turtles. You can feed them. The kids spent an entire afternoon with this activity.The accommodation was neat and cozy and plenty of kitchen stuff to cook a fast meal. We have picky eaters, this kitchen was a very helpful.There restaurants within 5 mins drive and some real yum food too.Groceries and shopping is within 5 mins.Couldn’t ask for a better location

Great place to stay

Beautiful condo very roomy one bedroom, king size bed is very comfortable, kitchen is well stocked. Location is great for beach, restaurants, coffee shops all walking distance. Resort pools are very nice and large fire pit, we enjoyed renting a golf cart that is available on property. Tracy is great to rent from!

We love everything about this condo and its location. Check in couldnt be better. Very safe and secure, and totally inclusive if you want it to be. Convenient acess to necessities. One of the best beach access in Miramar beach. The most important part- very stress free check in and check out. Tracy is very prompt at replying. I really dont know what could be better about our Miramar Beach vacations.

Unconditional was very nice, it’s big, good use a better floor cleaning as our socks were dirty in minutes. Did not call as we didn’t want outsiders there. So I cleaned it myself. Otherwise it was nice. Very disappointed with the inaccurate listing as it states “Luxury, Gulf front resort Condo,” it is NOT oceanfront, it is second row with a view of the street, a parking lot with vehicles and a guardrail, no ocean views as shown in the pictures and when I questioned this well in advance of our arrival, I was told it was beautiful ocean views. We pay good money to see the ocean for our ten days away, to watch the sun rise and set and seeing the ocean when we wake up throughout our vacation. This was nothing like the listing and no ocean gulf front views at all. Very disappointed. I can rent a condo anywhere with street views..

Great Condo in Miramar Beach
The king bed was SUPER comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked. We had everything we needed for a very nice week on the beach. If I had ONE thing I wish I could change would be to be high enough to see the ocean. Because it is on the bottom floor and the property is a little lower than the road, you can't really see the water from the condo. But, it is VERY accessible. We took sunrise and sunset walks easily. And, there was a little area to water-hose off right inside the pedestrian gate off Alamo street. It really was perfect! Thank you!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The owners were absolutely wonderful and easy to communicate with. The condo was clean and the pools were great. The walk across the street to the public beach access was very easy. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone wanting to visit Miramar Beach. My only wish was that the condo was one floor higher so that we could see the ocean from the room. But given that we weren't in the room a ton, it was a non-issue for us. And walking out our back door to the pool was nice!

Nice location just a minute walk to the beach. Spacious for two people. The bed was comfortable although it was a little high for this short girl to get into! I would rent this property again. Close location to activities and places to eat. I loved reading and having coffee on the patio in the morning and hearing the waves
