Fantastic

Great place - highly recommended.

Everything was as advertised and more. The hosts were very accommodating and we loved all the facilities the property had to offer. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need and the garden area was private, spacious and lovely with a great hot tub. Also loved the use of their bikes to cycle to Venice beach and beyond. Would recommend to anyone wishing to stay in the area.

Nice Home in Quaint neighborhood

The backyard was amazing. The unit is equipped with anything that you need and Franco was really great to work with. The mattress could be a little better but the backyard makes up for it!

Enjoyable Marina Del Rey stay

My wife, kids, aged 14 and 15, and I, enjoyed staying at the 2 bedroom, 3 bed house near Marina Del Rey. The place was fully furnished, making for easy meals to cook. We took great advantage of the hot tub, using it daily, in the morning and at night. The place is easy to get to from LAX. You are close to the PCH which can get to you to several beaches from Venice to Redondo in anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes. We would stay again!

Clean, well-maintained and very easy

We had a great stay at this back property. It is very clean and well-maintained. Check-in could not have been easier. No notes! The location is close to the freeway; the only thing I would flag is that it is not walking distance to shops and restaurants (it is very close if you drive though).

Perfect for our family of five!

This was the perfect little place for our family of five! We took a trip across the country with our three kiddos (14, 11, and 7) and Cali was our first stop. The property is beautiful and well stocked. Check in was so smooth and the owner was very responsive! We spent the days out and it was great to unwind on the gorgeous patio with the firepit and hot tub in the evening. Having a washer/dryer was a huge plus as we are staying in hotels for the remainder of our trip. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay!

Great location

Our stay was so wonderful and pleasant. Great little 2 bedroom with everything we needed and a hot tub. Franco was so nice to work with and very accommodating. The location was just 12 minutes from the airport, close to Venice Beach, shopping, restaurants, everything we needed.

Nice vacation home for visiting LA

We had a wonderful time at the vacation home. Venice Beach is only a few minutes away by car and supermarkets are also nearby. The location is also a great starting point for sightseeing in the LA area. The house is very nice and tidy. The owners have been friendly and supportive! Many thanks! Perfect Home Away from Home

We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The house had everything we could ever need, and it was spotlessly clean with cozy decor. Our favorite part was the outdoor area with the hot tub, fireplace, and gas grill. Every minute of our stay was a delight, and we didn't want to leave. We wish we could have stayed longer! The location was fantastic too—close to all attractions yet quiet and safe. Highly recommended!

Little Paradise

We had a wonderful week in this magnificent house fully equipped. Don’t bring your cooler there is one. Several towels and blankets. Very beautiful architecture with Californian accents, with large French doors and very well decorated. We felt at home there and very safe with electronic locks which are also very practical. Superb backyard very intimate fully equipped with spacious spa very clean, fire place, bbq and many tables and chairs. Very quiet and peaceful just like the neighborhood. Easy to park in the street and nearly all services. The hosts are very receptive to our requests and responded very quickly. We already miss this house, we highly recommend it.

LA Suburbs Haven

A compact, well equipped property, annexed on back of owner’s home. Cute secure garden with huge hot tub - which we enjoyed coming back to and felt like a sanctuary after the craziness of LA itself. Set amongst quiet, neatly kept suburban streets with bus routes downtown, but 30 min walk to Marina Del Rey and a bit further for Venice and then on to Santa Monica. Having a car would make life easier but we did manage on buses to the metro and used lots of Ubers. Really nice spot. Thank you.

We were very comfortable staying here! The property is beautiful, clean, and has lots of amenities. We really enjoyed the hot tub and nice backyard. It was nice knowing the owners were right next door in case we needed anything. It felt like a home away from home.

Convenient Vacation Home

We were in LA for the US Open. This place was chosen for location & price. We could not have picked a better one! It was 2 miles from the 405, and then 5 miles to our parking garage to catch a shuttle bus to the golf course. The apartment was a mile from Marina Del Rey restaurants & shopping - so convenient! The apartment was very nicely furnished with a big, modern kitchen, with everything we needed to prepare some of our meals. The owners, Franco & Iris, lived on the premises in the front of the property. The neighborhood was older & quiet & we felt perfectly safe. We highly recommend this property!

Comfy LA flat with great kitchen

Very nice kitchen and good beds. The neighborhood isn't great but parking was fine and we drove elsewhere for walks. Lovely back patio and easy access to various LA excursions.
