Welcome to “Brisa Do Mar”… a beautifully renovated, nautical themed, 4 bedroom 4 bath vacation home. Enjoy your morning coffee or vacation drink by the shared heated wading pool(3 1/2 feet deep). “Brisa Do Mar” is JUST a 4 minute walk to the #1 beach in the USA. Equipped with spacious bedrooms: 2 King size beds with ensuite bathrooms, 4 Twin beds with ensuite bathrooms and 2 Queen size sleeper sofas. Brand new mattresses.
This listing combines 2 separate, 2 bedroom, 2 bath units with an adjoining breezeway and pool. The listings for those individually are “Coral Reef” and “Starfish”
New wall mounted TVs throughout. Fully stocked kitchen. Brand new private heated wading pool (3 1/2 feet deep) with sun shelf and seating bench. “Brisa Do Mar” accommodates up to 12 people. Beach chairs, beach towels, beach cart are provided at this property. Private parking for 2 cars.
The lush tropical landscaping is illuminated at night creating a special experience and private porches and outdoor seating are provided for lounging and al fresco dining. Private washer and dryer on site. There is also a propane grill.

“Star Fish”
• Bedroom # 1, King Bed (1) - Sleeps: 2
• Bedroom # 2, Twin Beds (2) - Sleeps: 2
• Living Room, 1st Floor: Queen Sofa Bed (1) - Sleeps: 2
“Coral Reef”
• Bedroom # 1, King Bed (1) - Sleeps: 2

POOL HEATER RULES:
Pool heat temp is set at 83º and runs each day from 7 AM until 8 PM from November 15-April 15. Outside of these dates, the Florida weather will naturally heat the pool.
This pool is heated by a heat pump and is only capable of heating to around 20-25 degrees warmer than the ambient temperature. (If the high for the day is 55, the pool may only be able to reach 75).
******CCTV cameras on site - one overlooking the parking lot and one overlooking the pool gate.
