I'm Anton. Been hosting on AirBnB for many years! Love it. This is our house in CT. I live in Belgium with my family and visit SA often. When I am not there we rent our house (this one!) to guests like you. This arrangement allows us to live a lovely life with one foot in Europe and another in my home town!
Why they chose this property
Ask anyone and they will tell you Tamboerskloof is one of the most epic neighborhoods in CT. Safe, classy, city bowl views and close to the top of Kloof street and the energy you find there. Our house is central and the street quite but, literally, 5 minutes walk gets you to top restaurants, clubs and shops. Get in and uber and you are in Camps bay in 8 minutes and Clifton beach in 10. Beach gear comes with the house!
What makes this property unique
Its old and beautiful. We renovated it a few years ago but it is a Victorian house built in 1899. With all the charm that goes with that. Add a pool and multiple outside areas protected from the elements and you have a stunning space. Check it out, really special! Additionally my friend and our care taker (Eliam) will take special care of you the garden the pool during your stay. Just go there, work (if you have to) but chill out and enjoy. If you need something we sort it. Promise.
