SUPER Low Floor in Calypso - Same as Walkover 1br w/ Gulf-Front Master!

This beautiful unit is located on the THIRD FLOOR, so if you prefer a lower-floor condo, this is the place for you.

The third-floor location is an enormous benefit over other floors because, from the parking garage, you don't have to ride an elevator to get to your condo. AND, if there are elevator waits in the summer, you can walk down the stairs to the ground floor where the beach is. This floor is the best because it is high enough to offer privacy but low enough to feel safe!

If you’re the kind of person that likes to stay in the most popular resort on the beach, the Calypso is perfect for you. This place is awesome, beautiful, and right across the street from Pier Park. There are two amazing pools right on the gulf and the decor will make you want to abandon your home and move in full time. Of course, the fact that it’s right across the street from Pier Park is a huge plus. Just think – all that dining, shopping, and entertainment just a short walk away!

Guest will need to pre-register online for a parking pass BEFORE arrival. There is a one car limit per reservation.

Nice place

Very nice condo, but definitley needed to have some basic maintenance done before our arrival. It would help if previous renters would report when things need fixed. Blue swell did an excellent job of responding to our calls for repairs and were very prompt getting out to the condo to make repairs. I give Blue Swell an excellent 5 star rating.

This condo was perfect for my husband and I. We love staying at Calypso. This is our first time renting from Blue Swell. They were great with communication. We had no complaints with the condo. Its close to Pier Park and we could also walk the beach to the other restaurants we enjoy.

Great Experience

This is a very nice unit on the 3rd floor. Ocean front directly above the swimming pool. The location is outstanding. Cose to Pier Park. Managment was great.

Management was very responsive to issue and HVAC tech came out each time, but the unit never cooled properly. Overall we had a good vacation and would rent from Blue Swell again!

Lovely condo

Spotlessly clean - great location. The third floor is a great place to be because of the skyway. We had an issue with the brand new washer that took 4 days to resolve - some miscommunication with the property manager but eventually fixed. Beach was always busy but beautiful! We loved the Tiki Hut! Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful- Great for Two

Really enjoyed our stay. It was so clean/nicely set up. The only thing I wish they had mentioned was that the room is in a knook by the elevators. Which you didnt hear the commotion, BUT since we did have a doorbell, we had several "ding-dong-ditchers". Hopefullly just kids being kids, but something to warn about.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was nice but had issues with the freezer. Freezer wouldn't close with tray inserted so left out during our stay to keep workers out of condo. Parking pass had wrong dates on it and after contacting the manager at calypso and blue swell, it still took two more trips to guest services to get fixed.Didnt realize until after booking with blur swell that they different offer the same amenities as other rental agencies did so would probably not rent from them again.

Perfect Location!

We really enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect for couples not wanting to drive. Plenty of restaurants/shopping within walking distance. Also the 3rd floor was the perfect spot because it was on the same floor as the parking deck. The only thing is it needed a good wiping down and mopping when we arrived. I’m not sure if it just had t been stayed in in a few weeks or if it just wasn’t cleaned properly. Having to clean as soon as you get there wasn’t what we wanted to do, but other than that, it was great!
