🔇 No loud noise or music past 9:00 PM. A neighbor complaint may result in cancellation without a refund.
🚫 No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette stays. Violation may lead to immediate cancellation without refund and a minimum fine of $1000.00 will be imposed if evidence is detected.
Minut Home Sensor
To maintain a peaceful environment for neighbors, the property is equipped with a Minut Home Sensor. This device monitors noise levels and sends notifications if they become excessive. Minut sensors do not record sound or visuals, ensuring guest privacy is fully respected.
Safety & Energy Conservation
⚡ Ensure all appliances (hair curlers, laptop chargers, etc.) are unplugged before leaving.
⚠️ Avoid using high-wattage appliances in the same outlet to prevent overloading the circuit.
🔥 Turn off the stove, oven, and AC when not in use.
🌡️ Do not set the heater below 67°F. This may damage the unit.
General House Rules
👞 No shoes inside the property.
🚭 No smoking of any kind. A $1,000 fee applies if evidence is found.
💈 No use of dye permitted (hair dye, fabric dye, etc.). A $1,000 fee applies if evidence is found.
📦 No mail/packages delivered to the property. Use a nearby pickup service.
📺 Do not unplug electronics (TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc.).
🛋️ No moving or rearranging furniture.
🚮 Please do not loiter outside the building to respect our quiet and peaceful neighborhood.
🔒 Any locked closet doors are locked for privacy purposes. Forcing the door open will result in a loss of your security deposit.
Disclaimer: If the door is left unlocked or jammed for an extended period, it will trigger a security alert to protect our property and notify us. You will also receive a notification. We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to your belongings under any circumstances.
Post-Clean Photo Check
🧹📸 Our cleaners photograph every room after the turnover. If anything looks less than hotel-fresh on arrival, message us anytime.
Parking
🚫 Parking is only allowed in metered street parking areas. Some signs offer free parking on certain days and times, so check them carefully. We are not responsible for any parking tickets or violations.
Guests & Pets
👥 No extra/overnight guests beyond the stated reservation. Violations may result in cancellation.

We have two, actively recording cameras overlooking the front entrance and next to the entrance door which records video and audio upon live motion movement in the area. There is also a smart home device inside the unit which actively records noise decibel levels. The smart home device does not record audio or video. All camera devices are on the exterior of the property and in no way shape or form point inside the house to protect your privacy. Devices are on 24/7. There are no indoor cameras.
We reserve the right to cancel your reservation and enforce fines if these rules are broken. Booking of this property is an acceptance of house rules.
