Family home in a quiet neighborhood in Burlington's south end and located within minutes of downtown Burlington, UVM or Champlain College.
Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Visit the breweries, farm to table restaurants, and waterfront parks where you can take in the beauty of Lake Champlain all within walking distance.
Minutes from interstate 89 brings you that much closer to the mountains to hike or Ski.
ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OF ANY KIND ALLOWED!
The space
Beautiful 6+ bedroom, 2 bath pet friendly family home in Burlington’s south end and minutes from all that Burlington has to offer. Bonus space with futon and foosball table in downstairs. 6 bedrooms upstairs with 5 queen beds and 2 twin beds, 3 desks with monitors, and room within bedrooms for pack and plays.
House is set off the road at the back of the property at the end of the driveway. Separate house at the front of the property has long term residents who share the driveway, recycling, and trash bins.
Free driveway(3 posted parking spots) and street parking(Summer only, winter parking ban on street for snow clean up).
Guest access
Enjoy the spacious home from the front entrance off the driveway. City living means there is limited outdoor space on the property, however, there is a huge park with playground, sports fields, tennis courts, and basketball court only one block away for all to enjoy.
Other things to note
We are a dog friendly home but do have a maximum of two dogs.
Quiet hours are 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights out of respect for our wonderful neighbors.
The home does share the driveway, trash, and recycling bins with a separate house at the front of the property with long term residents.
We ask that NO furniture be moved throughout the house. Moving furniture throughout the house is not permitted. If you need a piece of furniture moved please let one of us know, and we will gladly come and do it for you. If furniture is moved there is a $250 fee to have it moved back. If any walls are ruined that repair will be included as well.
