This charming townhome, with 2 bedrooms including a king bed in master and full/twin bunk beds with twin trundle in 2nd bedroom, along with 3 bathrooms featuring a bathtub and shower to make guests feel right at home. Deck upstairs off the master bedroom along with a 3 season porch on lower level overlooking the lake. The additional living room space has 1 full size sofa bed to provide extra comfort for relaxation. Enjoy all that Izatys resort has to offer. Amenities include, lake access, pool, beach, 18 hole golf course ( green fees not included), tennis, pickleball and volleyball courts, boat harbor with boat and pontoon rentals available, high class bar and restaurant, and public fire pits along the lake with fire wood provided. Games provided inside the unit, including, golf clubs, pickleball equipement, and corn hole.

About the host
Hosted by Kerry and Rhonda
We are both employed professionally and will be making the transition into full retirement in the next 1-2 years. We recently purchased this home, it was a exceptional VRBO property from previous owners and we made very few changes and will maintain an exceptional rating through VRBO. This home will eventually become our permanent residence after full retirement but we want others to enjoy it until then.
Why they chose this property
We wanted a water front property with a ton of amenities and this property checked off all of the boxes.
What makes this property unique
Walking through the front door you will say "wow!” The beautiful surroundings with tons to do and with a lake, golf course, being close to state parks and any summer and winter activities that you will fall in love with. Travel short distances to find a ton of hidden gems. You will be only 90 minutes to the twin cities, 40 minutes to Brainerd and 90 minutes to Duluth and the north shore. There is also a casino only 15 minutes away.
