Lots of windows for natural lights in all rooms. This is a very bright house. Property is just 5 minutes from Hallandale Beach, 10 minutes from Hollywood Beach, Golden Beach and Sunny Isles Beach. Very conveniently located close to all shopping and highways. You can actually walk to the Villages at Gulfstream Park Casino race track with lots of beautiful shops and international restaurants. The Big Easy Casino with the Hollywood Dog Track is also 5 minutes away. This is the perfect location. You can get to South Beach in Half hour either by the road along the ocean or the highway.
