Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

A Few Things To Note To Make Your Vacation More Fun....

There is a mini kitchenette area on the second floor. Equipped with a mini fridge, microwave and sink.

To make your stay more enjoyable we offer the following paid services ......please note that some services are based on availability. If you are interested in any of these services, please let us know and we will send the details Continental Breakfasts, Early Check In, Late Check Out, House Cleaning during your stay, Pet Fees, Pool/Spa Heat, Welcome Celebration Packages, Welcome Breakfast Packages, Grocery Packages, Customize Packages by Requests.

Pool and spa heat are not included in the nightly rates. There is an additional fee of $50 per night to heat the pool and spa. Or $500 per month based on the length of your stay. If you decide to pay for pool/spa heat it must be for the entire stay.

This is a Non -Smoking Villa - There will be a $500 charge if the smell of smoke or evidence of smoke is in the villa upon check out including E-cigaretts. Absouletly no smoking allowed in this pool villa. Smoking can be done anywhere outside as long as all exterior doors are closed.

Additionally cleaning fees apply if the villa is left excessively dirty or with excessive garbage.
We provide a starter kit of toiletries to help you get your vacation to a great start. Our starter kit inlcudes garbage bag, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, soap, coffee, keurig pods, etc. We have a complimentray propane gas grill

During your stay

We ask that you clean the barbecue grill after each use. An additional cleaning fee of $50 will be charged if the grill is returned to us uncleaned. Charcoals should NOT be used on the gas propane grill. Please follow all guidelines in using a propane gas grill. Homeowner does not take any responsibility if the propane gas grill is used incorrectly. Each guest will use the grill at their own risk. We recommend that you do not use the propane gas grill if you have no experience in using one.

There are 2 locked owner's closet in the hone not accessable to guest . This is used to store owner's items. Guests as no access to this cabinet. There is however lots of closets and storage in the home

“We have installed exterior security cameras for the safety of both guest and property. These cameras are actively recording. There is one in the front of the home and one in the back. None of our cameras are facing in the interior of the home in any way. One is located in the front of the property to monitor exterior activity in the front of the home and one located in the back exterior to monitor any activity in the exterior back of the property. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever.”

Pets Restrictions

We allow pets up to 50 pounds, subject to the home owners approval. We will need vaccine status and you will need to read and accept our pet policies.. Pets are not allowed in the beds or on couches or chairs unless you bring your own blankets and sheets to spread over these items before the pet goes on them. There is pet deposit of $200 plus $30 per day per pet. Limit 2 pets per household. Pets should not be left alone in the home unless in a crate. Fees may apply if there is excessive shedding or anything chewed or destroyed by your pet.

It is our pleasure to accept your group and your service dog. Please let us know the following before checking in if you are travelling with a Service Dog legally allowed by the ADA .
1. Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability?
2. What work or task had the dog being trained to perform and will the dog be left in the home by itself at anytime during your stay?

We do not charge extra for a service dog, nor do we increase the security deposit. Guest remains liable for all and any damages caused by people or dog .
Under the ADA , service animals must be harnessed, leashed or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal's work or individual's disability prevents using these devices. In that case, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal or other effective controls. The animal must be under control of the handler at all times therefore never left alone in the home.
If we discover that a guest has misrepresented a pet as a service animal. we reserve the right to seek financial restitution, report fraudulent claims to the government authorities and evict the guest (s) without fruther notice. In the latter case there will be no right to a refund or unused rent.
In 2022, both Airbnb and Airlines no longer treat Emotional Support Animals as Service Animals. If you have a ESA, please note that pet fees will apply

We will need a copy of the drivers license of the person making the reservation before check in to satisfy our HOA requirements and a list of all guest over the age of 18 years old.

We provide complimentary wifi ..there are times when the wifi can be down due to the an interuprtion by the service provider or due to weather among other things that is totally out of our control.
