Direct Ocean front condo with private balcony right on the beach!!!!!

This unit has one queen size bed and one twin size sofa hideaway bed that is new spring of 2021 along with a new kitchen island and the new stove. cable and wifi are included. has a wall of windows looking over the beach and a sliding glass door that walks out onto the private balcony. There is a very large private pool, pretty much right on the beach. It has a Tiki bar right next to the outdoor pool along with some hammocks and palm trees. True paradise. The building is called the Hawaiin Inn and you can look at there website. This is a studio condo not a separate 1 bedroom 1 bath. There is a small efficiency kitchen with a full size refrigerator, a new smooth top stainless steel range/stove , a microwave, and a small kitchen sink. And some cabinets for storing food. The building does not allow pets or smoking in the room however I asked the front desk and they said if you smoke on your private balcony and the smoke is not bothering anyone and you are respectful with your cigarette butts and kinda keep it discreet they won't bother you. This is what I was told I can't guarantee it. I personally do not smoke so I have never had to deal with it. However I haven't had any complaints from previous guests so I assume this is accurate. I look forward to all my guest and I am very thankful i can share my ocean/beach front property with you. Thank you for your time !

excellent location if you're looking for entertainment and it happened to be jeep week very busy great facility as discribed unit could use a newer mattress other than that excellent efficiecy well stocked even had nice beach chairs

Misleading, and terrible building.

In the add, it shows a beautiful indoor/outdoor pool and tiki bar. He states it is all open and the pictures look awesome. We booked this condo because of the indoor pool since we have 2 little girls who were extremely excited to swim in it. BOTH POOLS WERE TORE APART AND TRASHED. NO TIKI BAR, and the whole “pool” area reeked of cigarettes. We were not told any of this until after booking and paying the money. And we were told it was just under construction and should be done by the time we get there. It looked to be under construction for years. Smelled terrible, and trashed. The whole building was terrible. The only positive thing about this experience was the room was clean.

Cozy Condo on the Beach

Excellent location. Access to the beach right next to the property. Beautiful oceanfront view from the balcony. Very cozy place for a couple to stay. The owner answered any questions very promptly, within 10 minutes, and was very helpful and appreciative. I would recommend this place again and again and wouldn't hesitate to stay there when we return to Daytona!

Beachfront gem

Building isn't much to look at, little rundown, BUT you get so much bang for your buck! The view is unbeatable, the pool area is huge and you can see the ocean from there or walk a couple extra feet to the beach. Plenty of restaurants close by, even within walking distance. Perfect room for 2, would be too crowded for more IMO. Bed wasn't comfortable for me but everyone has different tastes. FULL size fridge so we could get groceries or store leftovers, stove to cook a frozen pizza, and kitchen had mostly everything you might need. Ice machine right down the hall and small (very) laundry area downstairs for washer and dryer (take coins) should you need to wash. Would totally stay here again! It's cheapest place we found with everything we needed

Awesome Host

We had the best host, he was prompt answering questions, polite, and we arrived early and he allowed us to go on up so we could rest from driving all night. The room was clean and my favorite was the balcony!

Loved the condo. Was perfect for us two.

The only thing is we wished we would have had a key to the side door. It made the trips to the room easier. We usually waited until someone came to the first floor and would ask them to open the door. This is the only problem we had. Everything else was perfect. Pool close and not very crowded as was the beach.

Great view of the ocean for a fair price.

Overall we were happy with our stay. The view of the ocean from the balcony is great. Staff was friendly and helpful. The condo was clean but I rated 4 stars because of the following: 2 cockroaches crawling inside the unit, appeared to be black mold spots on curtain directly above the AC unit, and bed sheet had faint stains (appeared to be washed). We didn't spend a lot of time inside and enjoyed the pool and beach.

Daytona Beach Oceanfront

We had a pleasant stay here right on the beach. I loved walking up to a beautiful sunrise and the sounds of the ocean waves from the balcony. At night, the sky was full of stars and gorgeous. The location was great and we were a short walk/drive to many restaurants and sites. George was very attentive and accommodating to our needs. The room was well maintained and I loved the nautical theme!! I would not hesitate to book a future stay at this location and neither should you!!!

My husband and I just got back from staying a week here it was just as pictured. Small but perfect for a couple and the view was amazing. We had breakfast on the balcony every morning. Everything we needed was in the room we would definitely stay here again next summer.

Great experience

This was an awesome trip, thanks to our host. He was very easy to reach with questions we had up till the trip, right through the VRBO app. He keeps up with this room well, updating furnature and keeping the place very livable. Very easy to cook, from the appliances to the pots and pans, making it easy to feel right at home, a thousand miles away from home.

Amazing view!

Gorgeous view! Every morning I would relax on the balcony and watch the dolphins. Like clock work between 7:30 am to 8:30 pm. I travel a lot and like to always give reviews. Some deserving of 5 stars and some not. What I am giving 5 stars is what is within the owners control and that is the room we stayed in. The room is exactly as pictured and was updated recently. The room is smaller and worked very well for just my husband and I. No complaints. The balcony was bigger than others I have had in the past and was just the right height on the 4th floor. Bed was OK, but not uncomfortable. There was extra bedding available, the room was supplied with mostly what we needed. We could've used a pizza cutter and iron, but may have missed it in the room. Owner was prompt at giving us the information we needed to get into the room. The hotel itself, out of owners control, was nice. We really enjoyed the pool area and being right on the beach. For being in such a congested area, we felt at peace in the morning and evening. The only complaint we may have had is the elevators being sketchy. They are dated and in need of replacement, in our opinion. We did opt to use the stairs after riding on them. Other than that, we absolutely loved our stay. Thank you!!

Not bad for the price

Absolutely great view. Love the balcony! Tiki bar was nice, visitors and employees of the hotel were friendly. When we arrived, the bed sheets were dirty. They were replaced the next morning upon request. The owner was communicative and understanding. A few cons are: The shower water isn’t a steady temperature, the elevators aren’t the best (these both are out of the property owner’s control), and the room wasn’t cleaned the greatest. There were also little ants crawling around the sink area and in the cupboard above. The overall stay was pretty good though, and we had an awesome time.

Beautiful room with a gorgeous view!

We had to catch a early flight, and arrived a couple hours before check in. The owner allowed us to check in immediately with no issues. The room was clean and well put together. Did I mention the view! It's absolutely beautiful no matter the time of day, or weather conditions!
