The bedroom is spacious with a queen bed, smart TV, and a big walk-in closet attached with washer and dryer in it, and a nice bathroom with lots of storage space. Enjoy evening drinks on your private balcony with additional storage space overlooking Mountain Shadows open space. The outdoor enthusiast will love this location with Ute Valley Park only .4 miles from back door, Mountain Shadows Open Space only 600 ft from front door, and the famous Garden of the Gods Park not even 3 miles away.
