Why they chose this property
The neighborhood is great. Just around the corner you can find the store, bakery, bars, restaurant, dry cleaner's, tram station, taxi station etc. On foot you have about 10 to 15 minutes to the main square and all the main attractions. The apartment is lovely, with lots of lights, spacious and comfortable.
