Guest wing of the house includes: Private bedroom & private bath. Plus, separate living room. This is the private Guest Suite of a suburban house. Resident property manager lives on site in the adjacent portion of the house.

Private entrance to 2-room suite with private bathroom. Shower in tub adjusts to massage, waterfall, or detachable sprayer. This wing of the house is exclusively yours. The larger adjacent portion of the house is resident-occupied.

Longer term stays welcome. You may qualify for special rates.

We provide Guests a helpful welcome orientation to the suite, to show you the setup and how to best enjoy the features of the space! I like to say hello to our Guests. We'll leave you alone, but know that we are your neighbors. We're available primarily through the app and by phone/text.

There are many plants and trees in the backyard and neighbors'. When weather changes, you may see insects around. Keep door shut and put away/seal up food items. We treat the building for pest control seasonally.
