This property has a strict maximum occupancy limit of 6 guests total, strictly limited to 4 adults and 2 children under the age of 14.

Late Check-Out and Early Check-In:

We strive to accommodate our guests' schedules whenever possible. For added flexibility, we offer late check-out and early check-in options. Late check-out is available until 2:00 PM, and early check-in starts from 2:00 PM. These services are subject to availability and are charged at AED 700 per hour or AED 350 per 30 minutes. Please inform us if you'd like to request these options, so we can check availability and assist accordingly.

No smoking is permitted. If evidence is found there will be a fine of AED 3,000.
