Originally from Iowa but love Arkansas. Gypsy Sunset cabin was our first house here in Arkansas. I’m so happy to share this amazing house with others because of it spectacular views and outdoor appeal.

Why they chose this property

This small community is a special area. The house sits on a dead end road without any other houses on the road. The house sits high and affords the occupants beautiful views of the Ouachita National Forrest and surrounding mountains. A quick trip to the seasonal neighborhood boat launch gets you on the Lake. We love to kayak on our finger of the lake. There are many trails nearby to hike or bike.

What makes this property unique

The views from the wrap around deck are spectacular. Not many houses in this county have these type of views. The house is secluded from other houses. The Ouachita National Forrest is the backyard. Close to lake. Many hiking and biking trails nearby.
