I really enjoyed the vacay. Short ten minute walk to dinning and stores for shopping. Less than a minute walk to the beach. The property was very clean and safe. Gated and locked. Pool was well kept and clean. Decent size as well. The condo was plenty large for a family of 5. Everything worked as it should. The negative- The rugs need replaced or badly cleaned. The kitchen was not the cleanest. The mattress in the master is a foam mattress and not comfortable. Maybe a personal option.

Great for family vacation
Overall everything was wonderful. Had a small issue with the condo upon checkin. However, management company was fantastic. They were very responsive and corrected the issue. The biggest downside is the lack of an elevator. The two stairwell was tight and made it difficult to carry in luggage and supplies.

Pros - Great location. Walkable everywhere. Right on the beach which was not crowded at all. Good size unit. Very comfortable for our family of 5. Cons - Pool heater did not work until last day of visit. Huge disappointment. Addressed showed unit right on the beach so were a little disappointed we were on the back side. Doors need to be adjusted so they close. 5 min fix with a screwdriver and plyers. Single ply, transparent toilet paper, given the quality and cost of the unit, was disappointing. Construction noise early in the morning was annoying.

Great little place, beautifully decorated. Good size for a family and quite little pool. Definitely needs better housekeeping. I spent at least an hour cleaning when we arrived. Kitchen greesy and not clean, carpet in living room had chips and popcorn all iver the floor. Beds were comfortable but sheets were super old and overly pilled. Bathrooms could definitely use some sprucing up. Front door lock broken and coffee maker didnt work.

Excellent location, comfortable space
The property is very much like the pictures. Pool and location were better than we anticipated! Closet downstairs has lots of beach items which we appreciated. Very minor complaints such as flickering lights, icemaker didn’t work but we let management know so they could repair after we left. Did not affect our time to call someone out while we were there. Enjoyed our stay!

Great location but condo itself a little disappointing.
Wonderful location. Very pretty area and condo. On the flip side. Struggled to get the door unlocked. Code worked but the deadbolt you had to turn after just spun. Luckily my husband got lock to open but we couldn’t lock the door properly when we left the condo after that. Woodwork and doors haven’t seen a paint brush in quite some time. The garbage can cover was filthy and gross with all kinds of caked on crap. Upper Kitchen cupboards covered in grease. Had to wash. By all knobs there was tons of gross greasy finger prints. Same with the microwave. Was kind of a turn off.

Amazing place for your vacation
Great clean place and super close to the beach.Really enjoyed staying there.Also if you with kids wagon sun tent and beach chairs from storage was just what we needed .Great view from balcony is always a plus.Pool was warm and area around was cleaned daily.definitely recommend to stay at this amazing apartment.

The condo was beautiful, very clean and soo close to the beach. They had everything we needed for the pool and the beach. The bed in the master was super Comfortable and we could see the beach from the balcony. When we communicated with the property manager. She was very nice and helpful with quick service! Would stay here again 10/10!

Family came to Clearwater for the 11th year but decided to stay at this condo instead of relatives. It was absolutely the best choice we could make. The view, the location, all perfect. Can’t cs wait to get back!

Very nice condo. Loved the bunk beds in second bedroom to sleep more people with their own beds. Decor was beautiful. Location was great. Loved all the appliances beach wagon and grill. Only suggestion for improvement would be that shower handles were a difficult to operate. Overall fantastic!

Perfect location!
Perfect location, we didn’t even have to rent a car and was able to walk everywhere and take the Jolley Trolley. Fantastic view of the sunset every night! This is the second time staying in this building, but first time in this unit and it was by far our favorite! It’s clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated!!! We will definitely be back!!

Clearwater Beach Stay
The condo came as advertised, it was clean, modern, had a nice view of the beach and was on the quiet end of town. I would stay here again without hesitation, its proximity to the beach and to Pinellas Bike Trail made for a great vacation for us.

The location is wonderful. However, the condo was not cleaned well. The linens were not washed. The rugs were not vacuumed. There was an enormous ball of hair in the tub drain. Just gross. There are many maintenance problems like barely functioning front door lock and shower fixtures.

Clean, Comfortable and great location
We have stayed at this property several times in Clearwater. The unit was clean, modern and had plenty of room for our family of four. The pool and grounds are well maintained. We really like the location too. The beach is steps away and due to being further down, the beach isn’t crowded. Pier 60 and shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Looking forward to returning next year!
