IMPORTANT INFORMATION FROM RESORT: The resort will be performing a multitude of improvements starting on 9/24/24. In general, these improvements will include the repair and replacement of the stucco façade at various areas, concrete repairs, sealant replacements, parking deck repairs, and a fresh coating. Noise levels may vary depending on the time of each arrival.

Please note: Our rentals book Saturday- Saturday from May 15- August 15. We offer 5-night rentals March 1- April 15, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. January and February are monthly rentals. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly. Renter must be at least 18, and if not at least 25 years of age, an additional security deposit and photo ID will be required.

**Shores of Panama charges a flat rate $100 resort fee. You will pay this directly to the front desk after you arrive. 2 Parking Pass with this Unit. Garage Clearance: 6'10"
