La Casa Paraiso is a modern villa with an open plan design to maximize the Ocean views and blur the line between outdoor and indoor living. Everything in our Villa was custom built by us for your enjoyment .
We are 1 mile from the ocean, a short walk down a beautiful hill full of lush tropical vegetation.
While you're staying at La Casa Paraiso, the house will be your private oasis! We have over 2000 plus square feet of outdoor space and 1/4 acre of tropical landscaped grounds with a 10 foot privacy wall surrounding the entire property. Feel free to explore the grounds or kick back and enjoy a bon fire at our fire pit .
Make sure to spend some time on the rooftop deck, perfect spot for morning yoga, surf checks, sun bathing and midnight star gazing.

Why they chose this property
La Casa Paraiso was originally built in the 1960's with a long history as one of the original guest homes in Rincon, Puerto Rico. We have spent the last 3 years meticulously designing, remodeling and moulding the house into our dream home to share with you! We personally designed and built by hand everything in the house including the floors, walls, doors, windows, cabinets, sofa, furniture, beds, etc.... everything!
What makes this property unique
The materials we used to remodel La Casa Paraiso were kept to 3 elements (wood,concrete & metal) and everything is painted white to simplify the interior design. Purposefully we have kept the design to a minimal and tastefully decorated in natural hues to keep your focus on the panoramic ocean views and abundant beauty of Puerto Rico to help promote maximum relaxation and health.
