It has 4 suites all with Air Conditioning: TO KNOW: Ground Floor: In the First Suite has 2 double beds (suite accessible for the elderly); In the Second Suite there are 2 queen size double beds; Upper Floor: Third Suite has 1 King size bed; In the Fourth Suite has 1 double size bed. It has 2 beds that can be used in any suite. It has one more small reversible room that has 1 bunk bed with private bathroom and air conditioning. Sleeps 16 people. The house has a large balcony with ceiling fans in front of the pool, with living room and gourmet area with barbecue, stove and cold drinks display. Dining room and TV room with air conditioning. Kitchen with 1 470L fridge, stove. Laundry room with washing machine and vertical freezer. Large garden. Garage holds up to 5 cars. The house is in a quiet street, within a gated community, in the beach. It is 3 minutes from the beach.
