Mariner West is a family friendly low rise gulf front condominium on the east side of Panama City Beach. FL. Our large spacious gulf front one bedroom unit with two full baths sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably. We offer a fully furnished kitchen, cable TV with HBO and high speed internet. In addition there is a separate laundry room to store all of your beach gear. You have a front row seat on your large private balcony to greet the sunrise and watch the stunning sunsets. That’s just to start!
Being a low rise condominium we are able to offer you a large private beach with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the amazing white sandy beach and the clear emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico. NO OVERCROWDING HERE!

It’s a nice condo ! I would change the shower heads to one’s you can take down so that you can rinse all the saltwater & sand off . Bring ice trays because it doesn’t have an ice maker . The view is nice & it’s got a nice wrap around balcony .

Thank you for allowing my family to stay in your wonderful condo! We love the convenience of being so close to the beach especially with little ones. The porch was absolutely fantastic and provide great space for everyone to sit and enjoy being outside together! Only issue we had was the couch bed was broken but we were able to work around quickly!! We will definitely be considering staying in your wonderful condo again in the near future!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Mariner West 201 is a beautiful condo just as described. We found it clean and beautifully decorated. There is plenty of seating in the LR and on the wrap-around balcony. Beds and pillows were very comfortable but blankets would have been a nice addition. The beach is excellent and the condo location is convenient to shopping and dining out.It may be time for a new refrigerator as there was water standing in the bottom when we arrived and it did not cool well. The commode in the hall bath needs attention, as well as the door lock on the adjacent wash room. The commode should be an easy fix and Management was quick to open the wash room door when called but the door had to remain open during our stay. A digital door knob on both the unit and the wash room would be a nice upgrade.The unit has a coffee pot but it is single serve and we were not prepared with single serve coffee but this was an easy fix with a trip to Walmart. Cable went out about the middle of our stay at no fault of the owner. The condo management quickly responded and called the cable company but repair was not happening until after we left.With the issues above being resolved I would certainly stay in Unit 201 again.
