Mariner West is a family friendly low rise gulf front condominium on the east side of Panama City Beach. FL. Our large spacious gulf front one bedroom unit with two full baths sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably. We offer a fully furnished kitchen, cable TV with HBO and high speed internet. In addition there is a separate laundry room to store all of your beach gear. You have a front row seat on your large private balcony to greet the sunrise and watch the stunning sunsets. That’s just to start!
Being a low rise condominium we are able to offer you a large private beach with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the amazing white sandy beach and the clear emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico. NO OVERCROWDING HERE!

Beautiful condo and view! Management was great!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time staying at Mariner West and we will definitely be back! The complex is not a high rise, which I love. The view is amazing. Every staff member we had contact with was courteous and friendly. The property and pool were kept very clean by the groundskeeper. If I had to say anything negative at all, it would be about the BBQ grills. There was only 1 out of 3 working with quite a few people wanting to grill every evening. The last time we were there, only 2 were working. If all of the grills could work, I would have nothing negative at all. Highly recommend this condominium complex!

For the prices paid for these units if something gets stained it should be thrown away and replaced with new ones. The plastic corner strip on the wall in the main hallway was coming off the wall which had me worried if I would be charged for a damage I did not do. All of the staff were wonderful and pleasant. It was peaceful and quiet too, away from a lot of young partying adults. Very family oriented and charming. We’ll kept and updated for the age of the property. We enjoyed our stay overall! ❤️

Fun but problems right for the start

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived our AC unit was frozen up and our ice maker in the freezer did not work . They defrosted the AC but never fixed the icemaker. Also there were 3 light bulbs that had to be replaced. A wheel was off of one of the lounge chars on the balcony which had not been swept off, pecans and ect. still on floor. so I had to buy bags of ice the whole week. i stayed up in the apartment for the first afternoon until he could fix what he could. Not a good first day. Then when we took our shower the drain in the master bath was stopped up. I reported it to Bruce at the front desk. It was nver unstopped. probably still isn't fixed. so we had to turn the warter on and off so it would not over flow onto the floor.

Almost like a coffee table. One roll of tissue in each bathroom. Really? You could see some updates but then that needed to be done. The ice maker was great. The new sliding glass doors fantastic! Carpet in living room weird. I told Bruce about the electrical sockets and he said he would tell the owner and have maintenance look at them. Most of them was like this and so aggravating

The staff was very friendly and helpful, even calling to make sure all was good. We love being right on the ocean and being able to see the ocean from the living room. It’s a smaller complex and we prefer that as there’s not crowds on the beach. The rental is being updated as noted by newer living room furniture, tile work in the shower and so forth. Plenty of stuff in the kitchen if you want to cook. We will be back!

Everything was clean and comfortable in the condo. The only issue was the cable/internet, but we came to get away so it wasn't that big of a deal. We had a lovely time and look forward to coming back!
