Villa Tonka Seget Vranjica - only 10 meters away from the beach.

It is a typical mediterranean holiday house, about 115 m2 divided in 2 floors, a deck and a terrace (about 80 m2 each), 2+1/2 bedrooms, surrounded with a beatiful garden of palm and olive trees and rose bushes. The house is in the row closest to the sea, only 10 meters away, and it has its own path to the beach. Seget Vranjica is a great destination for holidays with family or just relax after all the stress we have in our everyday life. It is just about 6 km from UNESCO World Heritage City Trogir and about 30 km away from Split, town which has its hystoric center included in UNESCO list of World Heritage Sites.
Whether you take a nap on the grass in the shadow of palm trees, dine or bbq with the view on the olive trees, sea and islands, catch some tan on the deck, have a quick shower outdoors in a natural stone shated surrounding or just hit the beach-it is only 10 meters away.
The place is mostly newly decorated, for your complete comfort.

A wonderful place to relax!

We enjoyed the house, the sea and the beautiful garden a lot! Meeting the hosts was a pleasure too! Big recommendation for this beautiful oasis of peace!

Tolles Sommerhaus

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt! Der Ausblick ist traumhaft, der fast private Meerzugang echt super (auch wenn wir ihn wegen des Wetters leider nicht nutzen konnten). Die Familie ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit - vielen Dank nochmal an dieser Stelle - und sogar ein Willkommenspräsent gab es! :-) Zudem haben wir noch nie ein Haus gemietet, das so gut ausgestattet war!! Von Handcreme, Shampoo, Duschgel, Lotion, Einwegrasierer, Mückenstecker, Sonnenmilch, Toilettenpapier im Bad, über Gesellschaftsspiele, Gewürze, Essig, Öl, jede Menge Töpfe, Pfannen, Geschirr, Liköre, Küchenrolle, Putzzeug.. und noch viel mehr. Wäre noch ein Schrank mit Kleidern da, könnte man quasi ohne Gepäck fliegen ;-) Wir können das Haus wärmstens empfehlen und kommen (bei hoffentlich besserem Wetter) bestimmt nochmal wieder! Danke!! :-)

Ferien mit eigenem Zugang zum Meer

Das Haus von Mirela hat eine wunderbare Lage, direkt am Meer mit eigener Badestelle. Das Wasser ist glasklar, der Blick auf die umgebende Natur wunderbar. Das Grundstück ist liebevoll angelegt, bietet viele Schatten-Sonnenplätze, z.B. eine gemütliche Hollywoodschaukel. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet; man merkt, dass die Besitzer hier sich selbst gerne aufhalten. Der Ort ist nicht besonders groß, hat aber gute Restaurants und einen Suermarkt.

Wunderschöner Sommerurlaub!

Das Haus ist extrem gut ausgestattet und es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Die Lage ist einzigartig - 50 Schritte zum glasklaren Meer, wenig Leute - einfach sensationell! Anzudenken wären vielleicht noch Gelsenschutzgitter an den Fenstern, da es hier nur so vor diesen wimmelt. Wir (3 Erwachsene, 1 Jugendliche und 1 Hund) haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt.

Geräumige und gut ausgestattete Wohnung in herrlicher Lage. Sehr nette Vermieter.

Konnten mit unserer Familie im Oktober alles Leben draußen auf einer der beiden Terrassen statt finden lassen. Direkt am Wasser, aber felsiger Stand. Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist, dass man von den Schlafräumen oben zu Küche und Dusche unten keine innenliegende Treppe hat, sondern draußen runter gehen muss. Auch ist die enge Zugfahrt ohne Wendemöglichkeit eine Herausforderung. Sehr angenehm für uns war, dass Trogir und der Flughafen so nahe sind.
