Great location

We had a nice stay! Great location and staff was nice! The house has all amenities needed but we felt it could use some sprucing up since the last time the photos were taken. Overall 4/5 stars and would recommend for families!

Amazing stay

My family and I stayed there for my Brothers wedding. The house was amazing. A perfect location with an awesome view and great outdoor space. The rooms were big and beds were super comfortable. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen was fully stocked with any appliances or cooking items you would need. Town was a short drive away! It was truly perfect! The check-in and check out process was super simple and John was easy to work with, helpful and attentive.

Wonderful May week

We beat the rush and stayed for a week mid May. The house overlooks the water and is a short walk down to the private beach. Dogs aren't allowed on Chatham public beaches after May 1, so being able to walk the beach and sit in the hotel beach chairs was a treat. The weather ranged from foggy, cold and windy to warm and sunny but all of it was nice. Downtown Chatham is just a few miles away with amazing restaurants. We're hoping to book again later in September when the water should be warmer.

Fantastic Views

Property felt very cozy. The views or the sound were breath taking and so close to take a walk on the beach or head into town. Check in was easy and management was friendly and helpful. Loved it.

Best location house we have rented ever!!

Beautiful home on a hill overlooking the ocean. All the comforts of home and then some. Steps to the beach with out door fire pit and shower. Close to 3 towns, shopping, and great restaurants. Worth it for sure!

Amazing, peaceful location

This house is a great beach out. It has an amazing, peaceful, location, with a small private (part of the hotel) beach just a few feet away. The views and sounds of the ocean are phenomenal. The host is fast to respond, and so easy to work with. Absolutely recommend!

Great location and view

Love this house. We enjoy the private beach, the hotel staff is helpful for anything we needed in the house. Back yard has amazing ocean views, outdoor seating and fire pit. We just love this house. Air conditioning, comfortable beds ! This was our third stay and we will be back

Great rental

Great week in a great property. Being connected to a hotel made things so easy, as linens were provided, and there were beach chairs, umbrellas and towels on hand. Reception staff were super friendly and helpful. Lots of outdoor seating and the fire table made it easy to spend time outdoors. Would highly recommend.

Perfect for family

We had a great long weekend! The yard and sandy area at the house was perfect for our 2 yr old to play around independently and the walk down to the beach is so quick. Gorgeous view and a big house!

The perfect place for our group

The house is perfect for a Cape getaway. We were four couples and two dogs and had plenty of space. We absolutely loved the gorgeous views of the water and having a wood brining fireplace. We definitely hope to come back!

Large comfortable house, beautiful grounds and setting right near the beach

Overall, this was a large and lovely home that is part of a small hotel. The property manager and staff were wonderful and incredibly responsive. The bedrooms and beds were extremely comfortable and, while the house is not right on the water, it is just a stone’s throw. The beach was quiet, not at all crowded and you could walk quite a long way. The location is in a nice walkable neighborhood, close to the bike path, restaurants and downtown Chatham is just a 10-minute ride. We definitely recommend it!

We thought the house was right on the beach based on how it showed online. But so cute!

The property was quiet and very quaint. The house was very close to the beach, but not directly on it. Views were very good with only a small obstruction by part of the hotel rooms. The staff was very attentive. I suggest a little more information be available in the house for operating tv. We would go back!
