A local women owned business. We love hosting visitors from all over the world to explore the beauty of the "Gateway to the Rockies!"

Why they chose this property

We're obsessed with our little town. We've got rich, deep history AND modern amenities- plus more new developments being added as we speak. To the south of us, we have a breathtaking 14,000ft mountain, to the north of us- we have the best mountain bike trails in the state. Winters are for shredding powder at Loveland, summer is for hitting the rapids of Clear Creek, (just steps from our motel). It's paradise!

What makes this property unique

We consider our little boutique motel to be the cutest, nicest, and most spacious in town. Of course we may be biased, but in the last 5 year, we've poured a lotta love into this place!
