Welcome to the heavenly island of Molokai where the sunsets are the most beautiful you will ever see. Where you can walk on beaches and see only your footprints in the sand. Where there are no traffic lights and the people are the most friendly people you will ever meet.

This is truly a island of heavenly paradise. Our Condo is located right on the oceanfront. It is an upstairs unit, which gives you great overall view and privacy. Check it out on Google Earth and see we are the only condo complex within 100 feet of the waterfront on the west side of the island. Our condo is taken care of by long time residents on Molokai and we are proud to have them as our representatives. They work hard to make sure your accommodations are very well met and all your needs are taken care of.

You have a 20 foot vaulted ceiling giving you an overall open feeling. Eat your breakfast, lunch, dinner and sip your island cocktail on your private lanai, which overlooks paradise.In the winter months you can watch the whales as you sit and enjoy your breakfast, lunch dinner. Next to you is a three mile white sand beach Papohaku Beach. To the right of you are more secluded deep water beaches for you to enjoy swimming and snorkeling. If you do not want to dip in the ocean we have a beautiful oceanview pool which you can view the ocean as you sit on your pool side.

Relax and enjoy the peace and serenity. See what it is like to be at a Hawaiian Island which still has the traditional flare of old Hawaii. An island that is not commercialized with an abundance of buildings and traffic lights and people. Where you can actually enjoy the seclusion, solitude and beauty. Explore the island and find out it's uniqueness and what it has to offer.

This is individual. The mule ride is an exceptional experience. This gives you the feeling of the old Hawaii. The untouched feeling and respect of this island. Truly a wonderful experience to visit this island and it's offerings.

We would love to share in this experience with a visit to our unique Condo. There are few Condos right on the oceanfront which experience the view and tranquility of the water splashing up on the sand. The beautiful point of Kaiaka Rock between Kephui Beach and Papokaku Beach. Watching the humpback whales in the winter months.

Watching the big swell waves in the winter months and the calm waves in the summer. You can just sit on the lanai and be hypnotized with the view. As you wake, from your bed, see the reflection of the beautiful sunrise on the ocean and go to sleep with the reflection of the moon shining down on the ocean in the evening.

If you dare take yourself away, there are plenty of activities awaiting you. Drive to the east side and see the beautiful waterfalls at Halawa Valley. Hotel Molokai has a local's special evening of fun on Friday nights Show begins at 4:00 pm. A definite to see. You can find plenty to do which suites your own interests. Hike to the lookout at Kalaupapa and see the view of the Kalaupapa Peninsula.

Molokai Ranch closed their golf course, but there is an alternative. This is Ironwood Golf Course. Our pool is open for your enjoyment. Our complex is very well taken
care of by our gardeners and homeowners association. It is a piece of paradise as all of Molokai is. Call with any questions we are happy to answer any questions you may have about our condos or the island itself.

First visit to Molokai

This property is fantastic with amazing views right from your balcony. The owners, Larry and Cheryl have thought carefully about what things a person might need during their stay and they have provided them and so much more that I never realised I needed until I arrived and viola they were there. The gift basket was a pleasant surprise also so thank you for that from the bottom of my chocoholic heart.

Condo With Beautiful Beach View

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay. It was so nice to spend time on the lanai watching the beach & beautiful waves. The overhead fan was perfect if the tradewinds weren't too strong. Otherwise the open windows let the surf lull us to sleep. Larry & Cheryl were very accomodating with our flight schedule/date change. Great communication & directions. We so appreciated the welcome basket/drinks & plenty of local informaiton/maps. We mainly cooked our own meals & the kitchen was very well supplied with cooking utensils. The bed was very comfortable & bedding beautiful. We had a wonderful surprise to awake to an international kayak race that left from our beach to Oahu. There was plenty of storage for our clothing & luggage. Having beach chairs, cooler box & beach towels was a plus. The shower was great, towels beautiful & plenty of soap & shampoo. The televison was nice to have with plenty of channels. The wi-fi was very dependable. Overall our stay was as wonderful as expected & we can't wait to come back.

I feel like I shouldn't say how great I find this property so it will be available for my next visit. My 2nd time staying here. Amazing quiet location right on the beach and next to the pool. Lots of whale sightings and glorious sunsets seen from unit. Fully equipped with updated appliances, comfortable tempurpedic adjustable mattress, patio furniture, and loner beach gear. A bargain accomodation. I will be back.

Just what we needed

My husband & I loved our stay at this condo. It was perfect for us to relax and take a break. The view of the ocean from the lanai is gorgeous. We had the pleasure of seeing a monk seal come up on the beach directly in front of our condo one morning. So cool! The condo is well stocked with dishes and linens and all the things you can think of that you might need. The housekeeper, Clayton, checked in with us to make sure all was ok & to see if we needed anything. The TV had broken before we arrived and he brought one from his home to use for a backup. That was cool. Great communication from the host and we loved everything about the condo. Hope to come back again.

Beautiful location

One of the nicest VRBO units we've stayed in - very well equipped and comfortable. The welcome basket was stocked with a nice selection of food items, and the small store nearby was very convenient. Can't wait to come back.

The views and proximity to the ocean can't be beat. Unit was nicely appointed with everything you could need, and a couple thoughtful surprises. Caretaker Clayton was a total sweetheart. Great value.

Wonderful stay in Molokai, Hawaii at Kepui Beach Resort.

We knew what to expect because we have stayed at this condo before. We definitely were not disappointed! The view from our patio is spectacular. There were no problems at check in. Clayton, our go to person, met us as soon as we arrived to help with our luggage and make sure there were no problems. He was always available when we had any questions about anything relating to our unit or questions about the island. Molokai is the island that “hurry up” never found. For us, this island and this unit can not be better. Kudos to the resort, the owners, and Clayton. Also God for creating such a wonderful island.

I'm probably working against my own self-interest by reporting how very, very pleased I was with my stay at this accommodation. I've stayed on Molokai on several past occasions and this unit is my primary choice. From all aspects, this unit is a winner. Location, view, hospitality of hosts, view, sounds of the surf, natural ventilation, view, condition and variety of appliances, Oh, and did I mention the VIEW. Loved it, again!

The view!

Perfect!!

We rented this unit 6 years ago and it was just as great as the first time. Very clean. Everything you would need in the kitchen and going to the beach and exploring. The large louvre windows in the back and wide door in the front let plenty of air through to keep cool. We can't wait to come back. Thank you for sharing your wonderful condo with us. Had a great stay at Cheryl and Larry's place. Very accurate listing in VRBO, Lot's of helpful instructions and info on Moloka'i and places to see there. Plenty of dishes, utensils, cooking supplies. Had a great time. Plan to come back again!

Great time relaxing here. If you need a place to go and chill, look no further. Grab some food on your way in and don't leave your room except to walk the beach. Perfect place to come and get away from it all!

Beautiful location

We loved the property that we stayed at. The pictures on line are just what you find when you arrive. It was perfect for the two of us. Going to sleep and waking up to the sounds of waves crashing and birds chirping are so soothing. We sat every morning on the lanai with our coffee and watched the sunset every evening. Perfect way to begin and end the day. There is an on property "store", but very expensive. Good for an immediate need, but I would suggest you go into Kaunakakai for whatever you might need. (about 15 miles on the east side) There is a grocery store called "Friendly" that is very nice. If needed, there is a pharmacy in town and some good ice cream at Dave's Ice Cream, right next door. If we ever have the opportunity to visit Molokai again, we would stay at this location. It is quiet and so beautiful.

We own two units at the Kaluakoi Resort aka Kepuhi Beach Resort. Both our units are upstairs units with unobstructed views to the ocean. We are proud to be owners at this complex as this is the only complex on the west end directly within feet of the ocean from your lanai. Meaning looking out your window directly at the ocean with a close view.

Why they chose this property

We love Molokai. It is the 'Friendly Isle' and has so many unique tributes. The West end of the island has the most beautiful sunsets and secluded deep water beaches. You can walk for miles and you are the only ones on the beaches.

What makes this property unique

We love watching the whales in the winter right from our lanai. The sunsets and moon is so
tranquil. We fell in love with Molokai the very first time and are so glad we own a piece of
this paradise.
