Enjoy Yourself at Great Harbors Updated Ranch

1200 square foot updated ranch with 3 Bedrooms plus Bonus room, 2 baths, Sleeps 7. Recent updates include 16' x 32' rebuilt deck, new outdoor shower, all new interior windows and exterior doors, completely repainted interior, new landscaping, central air conditioning and two completely remodeled bathrooms. Outdoor grill purchased in 2019 located on rear deck. Full size futon purchased in 2020 located in family room / den.
Desirable private neighborhood with pool adjacent to Great Pond, tennis courts, clubhouse and playground, about a 1 mile walk or short bike ride to thel Beach. Just a few minutes away from the Island Queen Martha's Vineyard ferry and shopping. You can get to Falmouth and enjoy Cape Cod without the hassle of Route 6 traffic. Falmouth has many scenic vistas, warm ocean water temperatures, great restaurants, and the wonderful Shining Sea Bike Path.
Falmouth is also known for its July 4 fireworks on the beach and the well known Falmouth Road Race. Neighborhood activities at the clubhouse and pool include kids night and social events, swimming lessons and private tennis lessons available. Kayaking, sailing and boating steps away on the bay with access to the ocean.

Perfect Charming Home in Falmouth

My sister, niece and sister in law (girls trip)) stayed at this house and all is us fit perfectly. We each had our own room with plenty to spare as a couple of rooms had twin beds. Plenty of space to dine, cook and just watch TV. Perfect location to get to most places in and near Falmouth area. Very quite neighborhood and all the homes were nicely kept. Gorgeous yard, the place was very clean and beautifully decorated. The hosts were superb, very welcoming and accommodating, Recommendations were provided in their instruction book for the house and was super helpful to know what the best places are to eat and things to do nearby. Overall, a perfect charming home.

Cute neighborhood

We stayed here for a wedding in Falmouth, and it was a great place to relax after the festivities. There was plenty of parking for everyone, and the back deck was perfect for morning coffee. The location was excellent, close to the beach and downtown. We had a wonderful stay!

Family Vacation

We are an adult family, all above the age of 30 who stayed here. It was the perfect location, everything was easily accessible and the bikes that were there only made it that much easier. The house was very clean and the backyard was perfect.

Perfect stay

The place is immaculate. Clean, plenty of space, great location. Technically stayed during the "off season" but would love to come back to enjoy a weeks worth of what the cape has to offer in the summer.

Great week in Great Harbors

Dan & Mary's house was perfect for us. Well appointed, clean, relatively spacious, with a large back porch and backyard. It checked all the requirements we have for a Falmouth vacation - this is the 4th house we've rented in Falmouth and is perfect for our family. They were great hosts, answered questions quickly, and had lots of good kid supplies. We were there with our three kids (under 6) and they had lots of games, books, outdoor toys, and sand toys, as well as bikes and a ping pong table. We'll definitely be going back.

Cape Cod at its best.

Our visit to this property was a delight. Any little question we had was answered by email or phone immediately. The house was very roomy and the back deck was spacious. There were enough dishes, glasses and cooking ware to last several days. The location is perfect for beach or town. Our stay could not have been better.

Great place to stay in Falmouth!

Cute place to stay. Plenty of parking. Nice and green yard. Pretty well stocked. Bring your own TP and beach towels. Back porch was really nice, wish they had lounge chairs! The cost for the pool was steep so we skipped. Friendly neighbors. Comfy beds. Local beach access was cheap and convenient. Would visit again! Thank you for having us and we're so happy to have missed the hurricane.

Great vacation house!

My kids and I really enjoyed the house for our trip to Cape Cod. It was the perfect size for us and the place was very clean and nicely done! We would absolutely recommend it and didn’t want to leave. The owners were very helpful and nice to communicate with.

Great home for adults and for young families. Wonderful quiet street. Fabulous deck and yard. House is equipped with everything you need for a wonderful vacation. From kitchen utensils to 4 bikes to central A/C. Don’t pass this home up.

Falmouth for the Grandkids an GParents.

We frequent the Cape at least once a year but have never stayed in Falmouth. Lovely, well-kept property in a desirable area. We took the 4 grandkids for our second get- away and needed rooms for two girls and two boys - this was perfect. Two baths - one being the master and a den where the silliness was kept to a corner of the house. Ping pong in the basement where a 7 year old took on her 9 year old cousin and held her own. Lovely beaches close by where the nets were used for bringing in small jellyfish( watch out - they can sting) and digging in the sand for small swimming holes. All in all we got to relax, re-charge and hang out for a couple days away from home. All good and would definitely consider another visit. Thank you to the hosts for a great get away with everything needed to make it feel like home.

Better than the posting!

Mary and Dan are wonderful hosts and have a beautiful house! It is better than the pictures. The location is excellent. Less than 10 min to many beaches and grocery stores. The layout was great for our family of 5. We paid the weekly fee to use the Great Harbor community pool which made our stay even more fun. We would stay here again.
