Three of the spacious bedrooms, including the master suite, are located on the main floor, with a fourth bedroom and bathroom upstairs for extra privacy. Enjoy the best of both worlds with a fire pit, BBQ, game room, and access to a community pool & park. Unwind with some classic tunes on the record player, complete with vinyls. Perfect for a nostalgic retreat with family or friends!

The Space:

We will be redesigning this home to fit a retro, groovy, 60's/70's type theme and exact photos will be up closer to beginning of May. Please look at our other listings/reviews for confidence in our quality of homes. Below will be the bedroom configurations:

Bedroom 1: Main floor, King master suite (attached full bath)

Bedroom 2: Main floor, queen bed, shared bath with Room 3

Bedroom 3: Main floor, queen bed, shared bath with bedroom 2

Bedroom 4: Upstairs, 2 queen over King bunk beds (4 beds total), full bathroom. Top bunks are best suited for kids

Please note the following:
- Every room has a smart TV
- Laundry room is downstairs
- Garage is the game room
- There will be a pack n play in the master and a high chair available
- Kitchen is fully equipped with seasonings, oil, baggies, tupperware, bakeware, air fryer, etc
- Starter laundry supplies, coffee, and toiletries are provided. If you run out, plan to buy what else you may need

Guest Access:
Full Access to the home via smart lock with the exception of a few locked closets for supplies. Garage will not be used for parking.

There are 2 parking spaces in the driveway and street parking available close by if needed.

Interaction with Guests:
We will be available through the Airbnb app throughout your stay!
