We absolutely loved this condo on the river. Great location and perfect size for our needs. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony for coffee and at night for wine. We will stay here again next trip to town.
Less than a mile from the Fall River entrance to RMNP. On the balcony, you can watch Fall River flow by. At night, open the windows and fall asleep to the sound of the river. Great place!
Very nice 2 bedroom condo with a balcony overlooking the small river. It was quiet and relaxing. Excellent location: only about 1/2 mile from entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. It was perfect for our family weekend getaway! Yes, I would recommend this place to family or a friend, and we will see what their availability is next time we head up for some time away.
Location was great: quarter mile to RMNP horse stables, so close to Falls River Park entrance, 6 minutes from Estes, and right on the river - fall asleep to the sound of the river. The place is bigger than the pictures make it seem. A lot of amenities at the wildwood inn office. Great place. Better than the pictures imply.
Great Property along the river, the deck was perfect for relaxing in the morning. Saw a big Bull Elk right by our cars. The washer and dryer were locked however, and it would have been nice to wash some clothes but overall a great place to stay.
We loved this property. It is RIGHT next to a beautiful stream. We left our windows open to listen to it at night. We had a giant elk visit the parking lot. Beware though--we also had a bear try to get into our car.
Beautiful vacation condo with a deck that was so relaxing as it was right next to the creek. The process for check-in during COVID was very safe and the desk was very helpful with recommendations. The only drawback was the lack of A/C was a bit uncomfortable during the late afternoon. Had to put fans in front of the open door to draw in cooler air at night.

Overall great! Had a little confusion about check in, was unsure of where to go and whether I would receive a code or keys. There were also a LOT of rules and high fees for breaking them (including a huge housekeeping fee if you didn’t wash dishes). Overall very nice, though!
Great condo. Plenty of space for 6 (2 adults, 4 teens.) The only minor complaints I had were the second bedroom didn’t have a screen on the window so we couldn’t open the window to let cooler air in at night after highs in the upper 80’s. And they stained our deck while we were there and it was too wet and tacky to go out on for 2 days so we couldn’t enjoy any deck time overlooking the river. (Probably out of the owners control though). Otherwise everything else was great.

Liked: Cleanliness, location
Fantastic location/no personal touches
Fantastic Location/no personal touches. Aside from salt and pepper shakers dishwasher pods, and hot pads, there were no personal touches. No liquid dish soap no scrubber, no books games etc. however, the location is fantastic. Very close to Rocky Mountain national Park, Estes Park, and horseback riding. The river loves you to sleep, but office staff literally have a sign that says, “your failure to plan and prioritize, does not constitute my emergency”. Seriously.
