Come stay and play at our River side condo suite where you will experience the calming babble of the beautiful Fall River just steps from your door. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a bonus washer and dryer! The primary bedroom features a king bed and ensuite bathroom (shower, no tub) with a private door to the deck. The second bedroom offers a queen bed. Both bedrooms outfitted with luxurious down bedding & high count linens. This property has a much welcomed second bathroom in the main area with tub/shower combo. Bathrooms have grab bars for your security and ease of mind. Comfortable and open living room with vaulted ceilings, queen sofa sleeper, dining table, gas fireplace, TV, DVD, Stereo, WI-FI and large south facing deck with patio furniture to relax after a long day, or to invigorate for the day while enjoying coffee. BBQ close by or pool side while enjoying a swim in the seasonal outdoor heated pool. Conveniently located only a 1/2 mile from the north entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park and 3 1/2 miles west of Estes Park. This is a privately owned condo located within a lodging facility. You will not need to check in at the registration, we will take care of you from start to finish! There will be a request for an additional 5.5% Local Marketing Tax which is required once booked.

Place was amazing, clean, with great ocean views. Was very impressed with the host reaching out multiple times to make sure everything was to our liking. Ease of check in check out was great, highly recommend this place if you’re in Daytona!
Beautiful condo with the perfect view! We came down to visit family for thanksgiving and the location was perfect. I was even able to cook a few things due to the well appointed kitchen.
There were a few minor issues that were in no way the owner’s fault. There are still no steps to the beach so we were unable to access it. Some people were jumping or climbing from the sea wall but we didn’t due to some physical limitations. I’m assuming the owner pays a hefty HOA fee so I feel like the property owner should have built temporary steps like several others have done. Construction is going on next door and the sound was annoying at times. The balcony railings for the building were being sanded and repainted during our stay so we never knew when people would be out there working. Again, these issues are not the owner’s responsibility and they hold no bearing on my review but I want to be 100% transparent.
A few little suggestions to make the stay a little more comfy include adding a basket of throw blankets in the living room. It got cold during our stay and it would’ve been so nice to wrap up to sit on the balcony. I didn’t feel comfortable taking the bedding outside. Maybe white ones so they could be washed with the towels? Also, I’d add throw rugs at each slider. Even though the balcony was on the sixth floor, sand still accumulated and it ended up getting tracked inside.
Overall, we loved this condo and plan to return!
The condo was great. But the pool and hot tub is still unavailable for use. When i rent this unit the host assured me the pool would be fixed by are arrival. A week before we left i received an email from the host that the pool wasn't fixed. Also the only access to the beach has been closed with boards, so you have to walk about three blocks to the public entrance. Or you could try crawling under the boards at the top of the stairs that go to the beach.
This is a lovely, spacious, well-equipped condo. The owner responded promptly when we asked for a quick toilet seat repair. We especially appreciated the beach chairs, umbrellas, etc., that were available in the storage unit for our use and the stack of beach towels in the condo. Right now the pool is out of service due to hurricane damage but we didn't miss it with the beach access right there.
The unit was great for our family’s needs - a beautiful view of the ocean, open floor space, a spacious kitchen, bathrooms associated with each bedroom, and the convenience of a washer/dryer in the unit. Direct beach access is a bonus as the pool area is closed down due to lingering hurricane damages. There are grocery stores nearby and a fantastic putt-putt course just across the road. We would also highly recommend Cherry Hill Ice Cream as a destination point - great ice cream and fun atmosphere. If you are traveling with a second vehicle do be aware that finding a space in the first come first serve area is challenging. The primary car parking space is reserved and well protected by an electronic gated system.
The location was perfect along with the beach chairs, umbrellas, canopy, and other beach toys made out stay so relaxing. The condo was spacious with great bedroom layout the gave everyone plenty of space. Amit was very responsive

The condo was very nice and clean. Well before we where to arrive on our vacation i recieved an email from owner that the a/c was not working and would do everything possible to get fixed. Well no a/c all week we where told the unit had to be replaced the owner did provide us with fans to keep it a little cool. The garage remote didn't work the owner did come and bring a battery. It would have been nice to get some off our money back for the inconvenience of not having a/c.
Our extended family has vacationed in thus area for over 30 years. Opus and this unit is a beautiful property with everything we need to enjoy our vacation.
The condo was way above expectations. I brought my 2 boys and my parents to celebrate my birthday bc it’s easier getting older at the beach. My parents were over the moon about the place of how it’s been the best place they’ve ever stayed at. Everything was so nice and clean. I definitely want to come back.
The condo is very roomy with open kitchen, dining and family room with a gorgeous view of the ocean. The kitchen is well appointed and has a bar that can seat 6 as well as a dining table that can seat 6 as well. The master is huge with 2 closets and double vanity bath with large shower. The 2 guest bedrooms are also quite nice one with twin doubles ( bath across the hallway) and the other a queen bed and private bath attached, Nice balcony with table and 4 chairs on end and is very private.
The condo is in a very well built clean building. Two elevators which worked flawlessly and very quickly. Plenty of luggage carts in the garage. Parking is assigned in the garage and only one vehicle so other vehicles will have to be parked outside and if busy that could be challenging. Building has outdoor pool and hot and fitness room and billard inside. From the 6th floor we were on the beach within 5 minutes with hardly any walking as beach is right there.
This is one of the best places I have stayed at and so easy to get to. Daytona Beach Boardwalk is just 2 miles away and the Daytona Racetrack is about 25 minutes away. Lots of shopping for anything you might. A very nice Winn Dixie and well appointed clean Dollar General just minutes walk away.
Bottom line, hard to beat this one!

Mr Patel was very accommodating, we had driven all night and was nice enough to let us check in early. It was the best property we have stayed at and will be booking again.
We had a perfect stay..Weather was great for the week and the condo was just as advertised. Condo was clean and ready for us on arrival plus the view was great. We had no issues and Amit checked in on us to see if we needed anything additional, It was a great family vacation.
Great condo and great view of the ocean. Property manager is helpful and always responds quickly to any questions. I would definitely recommend this for your stay in daytona beach!
