The kitchen now boasts Quartz counters, new cabinets, and a tile backsplash. The living and dining areas include new furniture and light fixtures. Both bathrooms have been updated, with the primary bath showcasing a tiled shower and shiplap walls, while the second bath includes a new bathtub, tile surround, and shiplap walls. Impact-resistant balcony doors and updated decor complete the home's upgrades.
Surfwatch II 102 is a two-bedroom, two-bath oceanfront condo located 0.7 miles south of the Surfside Pier.
