This San Diego Getaway, your home away from home, is proudly owned by a retired U.S. Navy Senior Chief who served over 20 years with honor and dedication. As a proud veteran, he takes great pride in offering a comfortable and welcoming place for guests to enjoy.

While the owner is happily retired, the property is managed by his oldest daughter and twin grandsons who are all licensed realtors. Together, they ensure that every guest experiences a smooth and memorable stay.

This home has been part of our family since the 1990s, making it more than just a property, it’s a place filled with love, memories, and warmth that we’re now excited to share with our guests.

Because we lived in this home for so many years, we’ve put a lot of time and care into it. Every improvement was done with intention, making the space more comfortable and welcoming. One of our favorite spots is the backyard, where we’ve spent countless hours gardening, relaxing, and making memories as a family.

Rancho Peñasquitos is ideally situated in the heart of San Diego, not too far south and not too far north, making it the perfect midpoint. You can reach just about anywhere in San Diego within 30 minutes, including beaches, downtown, La Jolla, Del Mar, and more.
