This spacious 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath retreat comfortably accommodates 12 guests and features a lanai with a heated pool overlooking the water. With fun décor that pops and a vibing atmosphere, this is the perfect getaway for your ohana and friends.

Guest access:
Guests have full access to the entire house, pool & garage. Except for storage closet in living room, downstairs bathroom & garage.

Other things to note:

**Ring doorbell camera records audio and video at front door. There is also a camera near the garage. The video footage is not shared and is recorded solely for security and liability reasons. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the camera is prohibited and may result in the guests reservation being cancelled without a refund.**

Check-In Time: 3PM
Check-Out Time: 10AM

Please respect the check-in and check-out times. Our cleaners are on a tight schedule and delays in departure will incur additional fees.

*MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY*
The property is suitable for a maximum of 12 guests only. Please ensure you don’t exceed the maximum occupancy. Non unregistered guests are allowed at any time during your stay.

*NO SMOKING, VAPES, & E-CIGARETTES*
Smoking, vaping, and the use of e-cigarettes are not permitted inside the house or anywhere on the property. Evidence of any of this will incur fees and result in cancellation of your reservation.

*NO PETS*
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets on the property. We appreciate your understanding.

*NOISE LEVEL*
Please be respectful of the neighbors. Keep noise levels to a minimum as the quiet hours are 10pm-7am. Any complaints about noise may result in cancellation of your reservation.

*PARTIES & EVENTS*
NO parties or large gatherings are allowed.

*CLEANLINESS*
Please keep the property clean and tidy during your stay. Dispose of trash properly in the designated bins. Additional cleaning charges may apply if the property is left excessively dirty.

*TRASH DAYS*
Trash collection day are Thursdays. Please make sure to place trash in the bins by the curb the night before (Wednesday) or the morning of pickup. Tan bin with tan lid is for trash. Tan bin with blue lid are for recycling. Recycle days are Wednesdays.

*DAMAGES TO THE PROPERTY*
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Please report any damages immediately 24 WITHIN CHECK IN to avoid additional charges at checkout.

*PARKING*
Guests can park in the garage or driveway

*BBQ*
Please turn off propane tank & clean after each use.

*SECURITY & LOCKING DOORS*
For your safety, please ensure all doors and windows are securely locked when you leave the property or go to bed.

*POOL & SPA*
Please shower before entering the pool or spa to help maintain water cleanliness.
Use the pool and spa at your own risk.
NO diving or rough play in the pool.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using the pool or spa.
NO glass containers allowed in or around the pool or spa area.
NO eating or drinking in the pool or jacuzzi.
NO loud music or disruptive behavior.
Use the pool and spa responsibly.
Be considerate of neighbors.

*FURNITURE*
Please do not move any furniture. Moving furniture can damage the floors and is against our house policy.

*LIGHTS, AC & FANS*
Please turn off all lights, air conditioning (AC), and fans when you leave the property. This helps conserve energy and is appreciated.

*BEDROOMS*
NO eating in the bedrooms. Please enjoy meals in the designated dining areas to help keep the rooms clean and avoid any stains or damage to furniture or linens.

*ADDITIONAL CHARGES*

Any violations of these rules may result in additional charges, including but not limited to cleaning fees, damage charges which may result in a cancellation of your reservation.
