Nestled in a picturesque 1870's village home, this freshly renovated apartment (2024) blends historic charm with contemporary comfort. Every detail has Perfectly positioned just steps from prestigious Fryeburg Academy and the legendary Fryeburg Fair grounds, you'll experience village life while remaining just 15 minutes from North Conway's vibrant shopping and entertainment district.

This space is perfect for a couple or a family of 3 or 4 with small children. The bedroom has a queen bed is spacious and bright.The sofa in the living room converts to a queen size bed as well. There is a closet with hangers, an iron and ironing board and extra linens. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator and a 24” apartment size stove. Everything you need for kitchen use should be available in the apartment. The 3/4 bath is bright and newly remodeled as well.
*Please note that there is a classic New England home built in 1870 that has been converted into three apartments. There are tenants above and beside this apartment.

The apartment has a separate entrance with a place for coats and shoes. The building has 3 units in all. The apartment is on the first floor. There are separate exits that can all be secured from inside the apartment.
Other things to note
There is a basketball hoop in the driveway and hammocks and a fire pit in the backyard. All three units share these spaces and you are welcome as well.
