This open concept cottage welcomes you with a warm tongue and groove pine interior. The galley style kitchen offers high functionality while entertaining family and guests and includes a dining table that seats 6 comfortably. This cottage can sleep a maximum of 11 adults with 3 bedrooms, one with two doubles and the other two bedrooms have queens. You will find there is lots of room for you to spread out. And just in case, for those overnight guests, you can always drop down the two futons in the living room for additional bedding. The cottage is air conditioned, and features a comfortably sized Jack and Jill bathroom. You will be able to greet friends and enjoy the outdoors on your very own deck complete with table and chairs. Large enough to host a gaggle of your closest colleagues the BBQ will come in handy to keep them well fed and entertained. Then, by the waters edge a fire pit to keep the night going. You can also launch a fun filled day from the convenience of the dock where you can park your watercraft

Why they chose this property
Wasaga Beach has long been a place to rent small little cottages and motel rooms close to the beach ever since the 1950s. I wanted to give travelers to Wasaga Beach a taste of what it would be like to stay in an upper class, modern place where the whole family can stay under 1 roof.
