High ceiling and fans, soothing color palette, and tasteful furnishings make the living/dining area an airy yet cozy oasis. Equipped with all the modern amenities: wireless internet, flat screen tv, cable, dvd player, and ipod speakers.

Professionally painted rooms and new berber carpeting throughout. Open tiled kitchen has a breakfast bar for two, all new stainless steel appliances; refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave along with new dishes, glassware, pots and pans, silverware and more.

The sizable master bedroom boasts a king size bed, a high recessed ceiling with fan, private bathroom with jetted tub, dual vanity, large 2-person shower and walk in closet. A sliding glass door provides a private entrance to the lannai. The two guest bedrooms have queen-sized beds with a full bath in between. New washer and dryer have their own laundry area.

There are two parking spaces one with a carport.

Grab a beach towel and go for a swim in the shared heated pool or a soak in the hot tub. There’s also a grilling and dining area with impromptu neighborhood bbq’s. Feel free to join in. This is a small friendly community of only eight condos.

Situated within a mile of grocery stores (Publix Super Market is on Chiquita and Cape Coral Parkway), liquor stores, restaurants and pubs. Visit Cape Coral Farmers Market on Saturday mornings to buy local produce and gulf fresh seafood. If you are looking to dine at a walkable location Fletchers Grille and Spirits is just a couple blocks away.

There are ten public golf courses within a 10-mile radius, and multiple shopping options. Tangiers outlet is eleven miles away. The town of Fort Myers Beach is only fifteen miles away with four different parks and beaches to choose from. Lovers Key State Park is quiet and more remote while Lynn Hall park is a bustle of activity. It’s situated within shops and restaurants, and many have live music. Smokin Oyster Brewery offers a variety of seafood in an open air setting Take the Sanibel Island Causeway and enjoy the charm of Sanibel Island. Rent bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas at Billy's or Fennimores both on Periwinkle.

There’s so much to do in the area and our home is located in the middle of it. Reserve your stay. You’ll want to come back again and again!

Great clean place
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean and very well stocked with everything we needed, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, coolers for the beach. We had perfect weather too, and even saw a dolphin swimming up the canal one morning. We would definitely stay here again.

Palmtation Condo
We can only add our agreement with all the other excellent ratings for this condo. We are signed up to return next year. Good quiet place to sit around the pool, read, go to the Cape Coral city beach, walk the canal neighborhoods and parks, explore a wide variety of restaurants. Condo is relatively recently remodeled, very nice, very clean. Eight unit complex with most units owner occupied. All very friendly.

Cape Coral- Really Growing place to stay
Cape Coral is close to ft. myers, less traffic than ft. myers. Good places to eat, Fords Garage, Pinchers at Tarpon point, Pine island road has a lot of good places to eat. We enjoyed our stay very much, The locals were very friendly, the condo was real nice with 3 beds, the pool is on the north side, so the sun wasn't there much, a nice canal to look at with the boats. There is some homes here that reminds me of being at marco island. Thanks to the owners, good to work with.

Cape Coral - Our new favorite place to spend winter
Yes Cape Coral has quickly become our new favorite go to spot for "wintering" in Florida. It is a great, more relaxing town than we have found in other parts of Florida. Much less hectic traffic and access to water and fun spots not a major driving effort. Getting around town is very simple. Getting to the beach can be a challenge at certain times but good planning avoids the traffic issues. Cycling which is something I did every day there was much better than I ever expected. There are wide cycling lanes all over town and well marked routes throughout. The Tour de Cape which I participated in riding the 100 mile course was extremely well managed. It was also possible to cycle to places like Ft Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva Islands where cycle lanes abound. Everyone we met there was so friendly and happy to be there, most everyone is from somewhere else, mostly northerns, which created a fun environment everywhere we went. And there's lots of fun places to go. Great one of a kind restaurants are everywhere. Our favorites include Lobster Lady, SOBs, Annies, Merricks, Iguana Mia. It also seems like there's a competition to have a better happy hour. No problem finding them as they are all packed with people everyday with some starting in the morning. Other fun spot was Dixie Roadhouse. Didn't realize tons of people love to country line dance. This also is a boating world. Through the canal system you can get to the gulf and boat to lots of places, tie up and have a sun-filled lunch or fish for dinner. All this fun wouldn't have been nearly as good if we didn't also have a great place to stay. All the reviews posted about this place being well stocked and well kept are right on. We loved the layout and newly redone decor. Everything was first class including beds, linens, kitchen appliances, furniture, accessories. And the location was excellent, just a block off Cape Coral Parkway making it easy to get just about anywhere in town in 15 minutes of less. Three bedroom condos are also tough to find and this one has three nice sized bedrooms. The only thing we'd ever want different in this condo is its orientation to the sun. It faces north and in January the sun just doesn't get there. On warm days it was no problem which was most of our days there. On cooler days we did need to shut the gigantic sliding doors to stay warm. Many thanks to the owners who were most accommodating and great to work with.

Happy Renters
We spent March 2014 at Palmtation Isle and would recommend it without reservation! We found the condo to be wonderfully equipped and decorated. There were more than sufficient linens, beach towels, beach chairs & coolers, not to mention an efficient and well-equipped kitchen. The residents there are warm and welcoming. We look forward to next year!

Great Condo in Cape Coral
We found this condo to be exactly like it was shown on the internet. It was a pleasant surprise to find the condo well equipped with plenty of towels, linens, dishes, spices, and kitchen items that made you feel at home. It was a great location in Cape Coral for anything you would want to do. The other condo residents were very helpful and we enjoyed meeting and visiting with them. You will have no regrets renting this condo.

Cape Coral Condo
This condo was exactly as described on VRBO. The condo is beautiful...the photos very accurately depict the condo, the furnishings and the view. The condo feels very spacious, it is extremely well furnished, and beds are very comfortable. During one week of my stay five members of my family joined me and the condo truly accommodates six people. The owners have thought of everything (kitchen and laundry supplies, plenty of bath and beach towels and even a cooler and ice packs for the beach). The condo was clean and all appliances are new. The location was a great home base for visiting Ft. Myers, Ft. Myers Beach, Sanibel, Captiva, Pine Island and a pleasant driving distance to Naples. There are many great restaurants in the area and Publix and Walgreens are nearby for any grocery or drug store items you need. Even though I only "met" the owners by email, I was very impressed. Any information needed was provided promptly and detailed instructions for everything are also provided in a notebook in the condo. I would highly recommend this property and can verify that the owners are completely honest and trustworthy! It was a great experience and I only wish I could have stayed longer! Midwest winters are miserable compared to Florida!!

My husband and I with our three children (ages 7 to 15) stayed here over spring break. This is the first time we stayed some place other than a hotel or resort and we had a great experience. We would definitely rent this condo again. The owners are terrific to work with -- very responsive, honest, and friendly. The condo is exactly as described and according to the photos provided. It was immaculately clean and well maintained with large bedrooms, great views, nicely decorated, extremely comfortable (including the beds), and stocked with everything you need including beach towels and beach chairs. Because we did not want to check our luggage, we traveled light and it was great to have a washer and dryer with laundry soap and dryer sheets. This condo is located in a small condo complex and the other condo owners were very helfpul and friendly. There were no other children in the complex, but we felt comfortable. We used the pool and hot tub frequently, and enjoyed the communal grill located in the pool area. We rented a car and went to a number of different sites and beaches including Fort Myers Beach, the Ding Darling National Preserve, Sanibel Island, and Bonita Beach. I would estimate the beaches to be approx. 20 to 30 minutes drive so long as we left early or late enough in the day. (If you are planning to be there over spring break, the traffic is incredibly bad.) Fort Myers Beach had the nicest sand (white) and water (although it is way too granular for snorkeling) and provided a typical beach experience with numerous restaurants and shops along the beach, parasailing, jet ski rental, paddle board rental, banana boat rental, beach umbrella rental, etc. Sanibel was much less crowded, and was a terrific beach for shelling. There are no restaurants or concession stands right near this beach, but there are a number of restaurants on the island. A few things to know -- It is extremely easy to get to the condo from anywhere including the airport. The road system is easy to navigate. I would recommend renting a car if you stay on Cape Coral if you want to visit other places. I think there are several access points to Cape Coral, and do not know if they all have tolls. The main bridge we used to get to and from the cape does have a toll. Cape Coral covers a large area and there are a number of restaurants, grocery stores and activities nearby. Every beach we visited had paid parking and parking spots filled up quickly.

Enjoyed our stay in Cape Coral. Cape Coral is a great spot to enjoy many different beaches and towns. We spent a day at Fort Meyers Beach (20 minutes) and enjoyed the open air restaurants, a lot happening on that beach! The next day we drove to Captiva, loved the long deserted beaches, great for shell picking, bring a cooler though... there was no concession stand. Really beautiful and serene. Another day we went to visit Naples to visit friends. Cape Coral is a great location. There is a few lively bars and restaurants in down town Cape Coral, especially the one where the bar owns a limo and will drive you home at no charge if you have had one to many!!! The condo is very comfortable, clean, fresh and has everything you need. Beds are very comfortable. There is a boat dock and would definitely try to use that next time. The complex is on the quiet side and very friendly. We cooked there most of the nights and it felt like home!!! Am definitely going back next year!
