Mountains Views Retreat - Close to All - Sauna- Attached Garage

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from our centrally located townhome. Mountain Views Retreat is walking distance to shopping, the beautiful Blue River, restaurants and more. The Dillon amphitheater and lake are less than an 8 minute drive. The Summit Stage bus stop is less than a block away and can take you to Keystone, Frisco, Breck and Copper. The Silverthorne outdoor outlets are a block away if you're up for shopping. You can enjoy the views from the rooftop patio and there is a sauna for you relax in. Our Retreat has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and fun, whether your a family with children or all adults. If you do not want to leave your pups at home, bring them along with you. We have provided dog bowls, crates, poo bags and pee pads. Please use the crates when the pups are left alone; this is for their safety and the protection of our home. For children, we have provided a pack and play and booster seat. There is an attached garage for your convenience for a smaller sized car up to mid size SUV. A fully stocked kitchen will help you cook those amazing meals and the arcade game will entertain for hours. There is a fully stocked game and book corner in the living room, Roku Tv's in each bedroom and there are plenty of throw blankets to stay warm and cozy in front of the fire and tv. Our townhome does have radiant heating; however, no AC. We have provided fans and suggest opening up windows once the sun goes down to cool off the home. Us mountain folks take advantage of the cool fresh mountain air in the summer months.
