Our first time

Though we were very hesitant to try, we jumped in and reserved the Magnolia Cottage for the week of Thanksgiving. WHAT A WONDERFUL CHOICE!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Yes, there were a few hiccups (the heat upstairs had a hard time keeping up with the cold snap, one shower wasn't on par for water pressure, and the fridge in the kitchen didn't work). But, Alma, our host partner was right there for anything we had questions or concerns about. The scenery was beautiful, and the home was well-appointed. We didn't have enough washcloths and I offered to buy some when we went to shop for the week of food. The 2 packs of washcloths and some extra yummy snacks were dropped off at the front door before we even left for the store. The cottage is well located to everything we needed. The feeling of care and satisfaction is a priority with this location. The kitchen was around the corner from the laundry room where there was an extra fridge, so it was a tiny inconvenience, but everything was so clean and ready for our week. All supplies for a stay you would expect from a hotel were well stocked. The pool was too cool, but what a lovely setting. There were 2 beautiful stained-glass windows in this open-plan home. We will be staying again next year if our schedule allows! I absolutely would recommend this home and this business to anyone for a wonderful stay!

Great support and responsiveness

Alma and her team were super responsive via text and call from the day we arrived to checkout time. The place was pristine with great bedding and all the essentials in the kitchen. If we needed anything, Alma was responsive with repair, supplies and recommendations.

DO NOT RENT HERE

We rented this house for a large group of family traveling from Colorado, Louisiana and Mississippi. When we arrived, there were people in the house! The crazy part was the owner (Alama) had already reached out to us and said to call her when we were 30 minutes away so she could meet us at the house. She gave door codes and all. After hours of confusion and family that were displaced and exhausted from travel, the owner told us she wouldn’t make the people in the house leave. She literally told us “I don’t know what to tell you”. She told Evolve ( her own managing company for the property she has listed) the very same thing after they told her that there are no reservations for the people in the house. After being told that the confirmation number that the guest gave her ( so she said) was false, she still wouldn’t correct the situation! We ( with Evolve) came to the conclusion that the owner allowed friends to stay there unaware she already had renters. We had elderly that were displaced until 11 pm! We not only were billed for the house but had to pay for all our family to stay in scattered hotels at lengthy distances from where our family birthday venue was located. We are waiting on our refund now. This was a complete nightmare! We have stayed in Vrbo’s all over and we have never had any issues this!

Great stay for large family

Beautiful location and property. Very secluded and private but very close to city amenities. Because of the extreme heat, we had a little problem getting some of the rooms cooled. But the property managers responded quickly with fans.

Beautiful home, great view, perfect for large family!

We loved our stay at the White House! Super cute modern farmhouse decor but not overly fussy. Kid /teenager friendly. Loved having upstairs & downstairs laundry rooms, that every bedroom had its own bathroom, and that there are TVs in every room. The house is cleaned well but the floors could probably use a scrubbing-they looked clean but when you walk around in your socks, the bottoms get dirty quickly (a relatively minor item with all good things). All the furniture is comfortable, with great mattresses & pillows on the beds, lots of extra blankets, throws, pillows & even an extra set of sheets if needed. The location is close to everything Branson / Table Rock Lake offers. We rented a boat for the day from State Park Marina, right down the road (highly recommend them as well). It was too hot for us to use the fire pit or hot tub, but I loved that they were there ready to go if we wanted to. The covered deck was my favorite place, with the comfy, clean furniture and the amazing view of Table Rock - the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. The young adults in our group loved the downstairs area with the sectional, games, and big TV; I was thankful for the 2nd refrigerator! The Rent Branson team was responsive and helpful our entire stay and even afterward when it was discovered my daughter left her Ipad behind. The bottom line is that our party of 8 had plenty of space to spread out as well as comfortable places to all be together. I would definitely stay at the property again and will reach out to the Rent Branson team for accommodations the next time we decide to vacation in Branson.

Vacation with Family

The property & house was very nice. There was some damage from a strom a few months befire and the owner had different companies coming out to give estimates on repairs the first & second day we was there. The owner opened the gate for us and gave us a tour and explain issues from the storm. Hot tub was not usable. The property has plenty room.

Spacious, comfortable and close to nature

The spaciousness was a surprise for a home described as a "cottage". Upon entering the foyer, one steps either left or right to navigate around a fireplace and into the main room. The main room has high ceilings and includes a living area and dining area with a table for eight. The dining area abuts a wall of windows and paned doors which let in natural light and provides a view of the pool and vast backyard with a pond. To the left of the living room is the kitchen and a breakfast table set for four but large enough to accommodate six comfortably. Off from the kitchen are two large areas - a laundry room with a second refrigerator and a pantry. To the right of the living room is the entry to a short hallway which leads to a master suite with private bathroom, a second bathroom, and a second bedroom with two twin beds. Diagonally across the main room from the foyer are stairs leading to four bedrooms and three bathrooms on the second floor. A 3/4 bathroom (shower, no tub) is placed in the space under the stairs and is accessed from the main room and from the pool patio. The final bedroom is disconnected from the main body of the house with entry from the pool patio. The remote bedroom is exceptionally large with a living area and television, and two walls of glass windows to let in the wonderful sunshine and views. The second story bedrooms span from the main house to the remote bedroom and provide a cover for half of the paved patio. Our weather was perfect but if it were to rain one could walk from the remote bedroom to the main house without being rained upon. The uncovered portion of the patio extends around a swimming pool. Behind the cottage is a large yard which has a sitting area with fire pit and your walk continues to a sitting area beside a small pond. My group of 10 family members voted unanimously for a return trip. There were a few small quirks that added to our adventure but nothing that detracted from our stay. We are grateful for the courtesy provided to us by the owners.
