Just a few blocks from Willard Beach this 3 bedroom Colonial is perfect for 2 couples or a family with children. A rare find with its 9-foot ceilings, hardwood floors, tons of natural light. Enjoy a large open floor plan on the main level. Fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and gas stove for a great cooking experience. Granite counter top bar to enjoy a cocktail while talking to the chef. Large dining table that can comfortably seat up to 8 people. Large spacious living room leading to sunny 3 season sunroom. Half bath on main level. Three large bedrooms on second floor two with a comfortable queen size bed and one with a twin bed and/or crib if needed. The master has a beautiful deck attached overlooking the backyard and occasional peek of the ocean. The master has a full bath attached with walk in tiled shower and the other two bedrooms share a full bath with his/her sinks.

Small backyard recently updated with patio and firepit! Large gas grill outside for you to use. Full access to 4 beach chairs and an umbrella. The front porch is a great place to relax and enjoy a warm summer day while sitting in the rocking chairs or in the swing.

Easy 3 minute walk to get a famous bagel from Scratch Bakery and Willard scoops for delicious homemade ice cream. Davids and Elsmere BBQ restaurant are only a short walk away. Or head down to Willard Beach with your kayak and enjoy easy beach living. 7 minutes to Portland's Old Port. Bring your road bikes for some of the most scenic bike rides in the state.

Wonderful home and week in Maine

Great experience all around! What an amazing home in a wonderful neighborhood -- and owners that communicated well and helped ensure we had a great visit! Spacious rooms and very comfortable. We enjoyed the back patio and the front porch. House is convenient to many things -- a short ride into downtown Portland, a short walk to the beach, as well as a short walk to a wonderful bakery and ice cream shop. Many amenities were provided to make the stay comfortable and convenient -- particularly liked that towels and sheets were provided. The owners provided excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants -- we tried many and liked them all! If you are visiting the Portland area, we highly recommend this home!

Lovely home!!! Great location!!!

We were in Portland for a Wedding!!! This lovely home was perfect for our family! Beautiful, fresh, clean, spacious and comfortable. Our hosts went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable!!! We have great memories and we're so grateful!!!

Perfection

We have stayed in many VRBO properties over the years and own a VRBO property ourselves and so we have had a lot of experience with VRBO. Our stay in this home in Portland Maine is as good as it gets. The owners did a fantastic job of communicating with us prior to our stay and went the extra mile by recommending a new restaurant that opened in the area that we enjoyed because of their recommendation. Communication throughout was the standard. The home is immaculate, charming, spacious and beautifully decorated. There are two wonderful patios off of the master bedroom and in the back yard that we enjoyed immensely. Everything is organized and fully functioning. We just cant say enough good about our experience with this property. We enjoyed every minute we were there. Thank you Allison for a perfect stay. 5 plus star experience.

We bought our beautiful home in 2016 and have loved every day here! The Willard Beach community is something like a fairytale. From walking to the beach to biking out to the famous Portland Head Light or Higgins Beach, this is a great place to call home! We love walking to David's for a delicious dinner on a warm summer night. We are avid travelers and have enjoyed staying in various VRBOs around the country. We know you will love our home as much as we do!
