Wonderful 2 bedroom/2 bath BEACHFRONT 2nd floor Condo, ideal for 2- 4 people-will consider 5. Unit has additional small room/full bed. Panoramic harbor views, early morning sunrise on the deck, waterfront beach access ! Parking for one car (tandem parking, must communicate with 2 other units). AC in 1 bedroom. Portable fans in other rooms. The building is currently being renovated and will be completed by June, 2025. The renovations include raising the building and expanding the waterfront deck by 6 feet!!! Photos to be updated ASAP!
