About this property

The house is located on the edge of the picturesque fishing village of Fuseta, in a unique location in the Ria Formosa nature reserve with a beautiful view over the lagoons and the ocean.
The center of Fuseta and the beach are within walking distance (1km).
The house is fully equipped for a comfortable stay for 2 to 6 people, satellite TV, wireless internet reception, etc.
On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, 1 with a double bed, 1 with 2 single beds. A baby cot is also provided.
On the first floor there is a spacious mezzanine with a double bed. There is a bathroom on both the ground floor and the first floor.
Living and bedrooms have air conditioning inverters.
Beautiful garden with barbecue and private swimming pool (8x4 meters).
The property is ideally located for those who want to combine exploring the Algarve with a peaceful stay.
The rent includes consumption of gas and water, bed and bath linen, beach towels, weekly and/or final cleaning.

Wundervoll

Sehr gepflegtes und komfortabel ausgestattetes Anwesen in einzigartiger Lage. Tolle Aussicht mit Meeresrauschen in der Ferne - was will man mehr. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Ebenso die unkomplizierte Kommunikation und Betreuung durch die sehr netten Hausverwalter vor Ort. Über das Begrüßungspaket mit den leckeren Lebensmitteln haben wir uns sehr gefreut.

Dieses Haus hat eine großartige Lage. Es ist absolut perfekt und liebevoll ausgestattet. Getopt wird das durch die aufmerksamne, zuverlässige und kurz gesagt beste Betreuung durch die portugiesischen Hausverwalter. Wir kommen gerne wieder - schade, dass der Besitzer manchmal gerne selbst dort wohnen möchte :-)

Une semaine en famille avec 3 enfants de 3 , 7 et 15 ans , on a passé un super moment , tout est conforme , juste pour info l’électricité n’est pas incluse mais ca vous à coûté 40€ pour la semaine donc rien de dramatique ;-)

Estadia maravilhosa e relaxante

Situada num local extremamente calmo, com uma vista deslumbrante para o mar, esta propriedade tem tudo o que é necessário para podermos apreciar o melhor da natureza e aproveitar o silencio da mesma para relaxar. Casa espaçosa e acolhedora com uma piscina agradável e um jardim bastante bonito. A atenção do proprietário e da Cátia e do José, fizeram-nos querer ficar mais tempo. Altamente recomendado!

Tolles Haus für einen erholsamen Urlaub

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Alle nötigen Utensilien waren vorhanden. Sehr nett waren die Lebensmittel zur Begrüßung. Wir können das Haus absolut weiterempfehlen. Ein Auto ist von Vorteil.

Buitengewoon uitzicht!

Een heerlijk en mooi sfeervol ingericht huis met een prachtig uitzicht op de Ria Formosa. Alsof we op vakantie waren in een tijdschrift-foto, dat gevoel had ik als ik 's ochtends door de open terrasdeuren naar buiten keek. Het was fantastisch om zo gastvrij te worden ontvangen met een lekker flesje wijn, broodjes e.d. voor de volgende ochtend.

Maison de vacances comme il faut !

On retrouve ce qu’il faut dans cette maison : espace, jardin, bbq, piscine.. tout est nikel. Un lieu et un isolement devant la lagune. Très agreable !

Fantastic property with stunning view

Thanks to Andy for allowing us to stay in his wonderful home in Fuseta. The villa has everything needed for a relaxing family holiday including a house cat, Simba. The views are stunning and you can take your pick of the roof terrace, the outside dining terrace, the pool, the seat at the bottom of the garden or the bedroom window to take your fill of the wonderful salt flats, river and ocean beyond. We had a few glimpses of visiting flamingos plus lots of other birdlife. Alvaro was very helpful and it was great to get a mid-stay clean. The villa has all the mod cons and is very comfortable. The villa is away from it all affording peace and quiet, but only 20 minutes walk to Fuseta where you will find your choice of beaches, water based activities and wonderful and very reasonable restaurants. Highly recommended.

Paradijselijk

We hadden een fantastische tijd, het huis was compleet en gezellig ingericht. We verblijven geregeld in appartementen en huizen op vakantie, maar zelden hebben we zo een gezellig en volledig uitgerust huis gezien. Erg comfortabel en netjes onderhouden, zeer aardige en goede huishoudster. Elke morgen genoten van het uitzonderlijk mooie uitzicht vanaf het terras. Wij komen zeker terug!

Magical!

Yes indeed we had a wonderful time. The villa is very well designed, comfortable and great facilities. Alvaro was extremely helpful when we had a few minor problems and the villa was kept spotlessly clean. For us it was the views of the lagoons and the wonderful birdlife which made it so special. Even at this time of the year there where flocks of up to 90 flamingo's, 60+ avocets and numerous godwits and stilts. We even saw a flock of glossy Ibis flying over the lagoons, presumably part of the colony now breeding in Southern Spain. A very magical holiday for us, thank you very much!

... ein ausserordentlicher, wunderbarer Ort ...

Ein stilvoll eingerichtetes Haus, in einem gepflegten Garten, an einem besonderen Ort mitten im Naturschutzgebiet. Abgeschieden und doch in Gehdistanz zur nächsten Ortschaft Fuzeta. Möglichkeiten für Wanderungen, Velotouren, Baden im Meer oder im Pool, Besichtigungen der umliegenden Städtchen sowie ein Eldorado für Vogelliebhaber. Verpflegung zubereitet in der gut ausstaffierten Küche des Hauses, am Grill im Garten oder in einem der zahlreichen, vom Vermieter empfohlenen, teilweise sehr authentischen Restaurants in der Umgebung. Haus, Garten und Pool sind in einem sehr guten, gepflegten Zustand. Der Housekeeper Alvaro ist Kontakt- und Ansprechperson für alle Fragen, Haus und Pool werden regelmässig von portugiesischen Angestellten gereinigt. Die Hauskatze Simba freut sich über Streicheleinheiten und lässt sich gerne in meditativer Versunkenheit in der Nähe der ständig wechselnden Bewohner nieder. Wir, drei Generationen (4, 34, 59/61), haben den Aufenthalt in der Casa da Torre sehr genossen, kommen jederzeit gerne wieder und danken Andy Smet für seine Bereitschaft, sein sehr spezielles, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Anwesen mit Gästen zu teilen.

Ein kleines Paradies

Wir haben mit vier Erwachsenen eine Woche über Weihnachten 2015 in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Auch wenn hier ansprechende Bilder eingestellt sind ist es in Wirklichkeit noch viel schöner! Wir mussten am vereinbarten Treffpunkt eine Weile auf die Schlüsselübergabe durch den Verwalter warten, aber das war auch schon der einzige Wermutstropfen. Dafür fanden wir bei unserer Ankunft Wein, frisches Brot und Käse vor so das wir uns erst einmal stärken konnten bevor uns anschließend in Ruhe umschauten. Das Haus steht frei und ohne direkte Nachbarn mit endlosen Spazier- und Fahrradwegen vor der Tür. Die Küche ist tadellos ausgestattet, der Vermieter hatte sogar für dezente Weihnachtsdekoration gesorgt. Der Pool wurde von uns im Dezember natürlich nicht genutzt, aber man konnte sich in dem schönen Garten herrlich sonnen. Ein Auto sollte man auf jeden Fall haben um Einkäufe erledigen zu können. Die Umgebung bietet viele Möglichkeiten und gute Restaurants. Es war herrlich und wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!

Beautiful villa, stunning peaceful setting

We had a wonderful week at the end of August staying in this beautiful, well equipped villa.It is set in a very peaceful location, yet it took only 20 minutes to walk into Fuzeta.We had two lovely meals at Capri restaurant and Corsa Cova .We enjoyed using the water taxis and ferry to explore the beaches and made good use of the brilliant indoor market to buy our fruit, fish and steak, all of which was excellent value for money and tasted great on the bbq.We will definitely go back to this area again and having train station so nearby means you do not need to hire a car!We found the owner, Andy, and the manager, Alvaro, to be most helpful and friendly.We would thoroughly recommend this villa.
