Austin visit

Great location, quiet eclectic neighbourhood, big back yard and close to everything we needed. The home was clean, main level was updated, kitchen was well stocked. Wifi was reliable.

Great stay!

It was clean, pleasant and convenient to south congress shopping and airport. The mattress on our bed was really comfortable. It had everything we needed.

Great 2 month stay

Very convenient to downtown Austin and to the airport (if you have a car - not as good for walking except for around the neighborhood). The place is nicely laid out, comfortable and quiet. A very good experience thank you!

Great location to downtown

We had a blast hanging around Austin for the weekend. This place made a great home base. Only had issue with 2 things. The tubs in the bathroom were not scrubbed and had black stains. And the property owner did not communicate that there would be maintenance done during our stay. They were very nice but it would have been appreciated if he had let us know before hand. It was wierd pulling up to see two guys messing with the front door. Also the dishwasher ran once but we couldnt get it started for a second load. But it all worked out and overall they stay was nice.

What we needed!

Steve's place is lovely and well-located. The unit has all the basics one might need for a cozy and comfortable stay. Some amenities may be a little old, but everything is functional and effective.

Great Place to Relax

QUITE NEIGHBORHOOD. Felt safe very hilly close to Downtown. Steve the owner and his friend Mark were very helpful and answered all my questions. Bed and pillow were very comfortable. You get to park your car under a carport is really nice. Plenty of room for four people to hangout. The couch and chairs aren't very comfortable to sit on. But the couch is great for taking naps. I would definitely stay there again. The TV has you tube TV. Which is great for recording shows. Thank s Steve

Great Stay

Really nice stay at the condo. The location was very convenient to music and restaurants in Austin, it was clean and comfortable and was perfect for a weekend get away. Also the host accommodated our last minute request for early check in - greatly appreciated.

Great location, no hassle

Great spot for our trip in for the ACL festival. Location made it easy to get anywhere in town without any issues. Quite neighborhood. Everything we needed was right there.

good location

After some problems with the internet we were able to use the service. We had to leave one day early because of a medical emergency but the rest of the time was vey nice. We had a service dog and it would have been nice if the fenced in back yard that had been mowed. She would go out and collect a lot of stickers. Other than that our stay was very enjoyable.

Cute property, but pics were slightly misleading

This is a duplex and the listing shows pictures for both units which was confusing when our unit didn't match pics. Steve was super nice and helpful and communitive, Clean and in nice neighborhood! Would stay here again. Would have given only 4 stars due to the accuracy of the pictures, however the overall stay and cleanliness of the unit outweighed that small discrepancy.
