The daylight basement apartment is part of a bungalow built in 1920, below a counseling office. The apartment is walking distance from the Boise Foothills, historic Hyde Park, and downtown Boise. The Boise Co-op grocery and deli is across the street, and there is a convenience store next door for forgotten items. The apartment has a separate entrance, queen bed & a couch that folds down, television with Roku. The kitchen has a small fridge/freezer, oven, stovetop, microwave & coffee maker. WIFI available. You are welcome to enjoy the private, grassy courtyard behind the house. There is limited, free parking on street. We do not live on the property, but will be available if needed.
