About the host
Hosted by Kevin

We purchased this deeded timeshare in 2008 and have used it every year through 2024. We love Murrells Inlet so much we finally retired here and live in International Club. This is the first time we are using VRBO to rent out week 22 which we have used for the past 16 years.
Why they chose this property
This is a true family neighborhood. The beach is frequented by mature adults and young families. This is not a "party beach". Week 22 is past the end of May "bike month" and we have never seen noisy motorcycles here while we visit. South Carolina schools are still in session during week 22 and there are few crowded beach weekdays. You will get the best of both worlds; no partiers and a wide open beach. The first week of June is always very warm and well before the late summer rainy season. Week 22 is the best time to visit here. For dinner, it is a 15 minutes drive down to the Murrells Inlet Marshwalk which has the best restaurants north of Charleston.
What makes this property unique
Walk across the street to the beach and when it gets too hot, leave your chairs and umbrella set up and come back for a dip in the pool. It's about a 2 minute walk. Go early about 7AM and set up your chairs in the best spot, then go back about 10AM with the coolers and toys. Remember to check the tidal chart. It's a shallow shoreline so when the tide goes out, the beach is about 200' wide. We always bring mesquite briquettes and make burgers and chicken on the outdoor grill.
